BFN this morning and pretty sure AF is on her way

I was convinced this month would be the one, DTD 3 or 4 times around ovulation and used FertilityCheck gel twice (know its not a guarantee but can't hurt?) Did a test with yesterday's FMU and again this morning, both stark white (although I spent at least 5 minutes looking at both from all angles in aa desperate attempt to see something). Also today I've got some slight PMT symptoms, light cramping, moody, hungry and generally just a bit RAHH. I guess I just wanted somewhere to vent my disappointment, I forgot how soul destroying TTC can be 😣

The signs of AF are also the signs of early pregnancy so don't throw away all hope for this month just yet.

I know how you feel, TTC now for 5 months, every BFN is so soul destroying. So many people tell me not to worry about it or stress but its easier said than done! Don't know how you can just turn those emotions off.

It's so gutting isn't it? I feel like I've done so much right this month, that AF (not due til June 12th for me) will be a huge kick in the teeth. How many cycles are you? I am four, but have a feeling I am moving into cycle five soon.

Hey @sprite25 I feel your frustration too, I'm in a similar position AF was due last Thursday but tested this morning (16doo) and it was a bfn 😕 I'm a believer to try and stay positive until af arrives but going slightly crazy today! When is af due? Sending baby dust x

I think I'm around 11/12 DPO I did another cheapie test this morning and still negative (although line eyes briefly took over but it was definitely just wishful thinking). I keep getting cramping on and off so am sure it's af on its way although it seems too early to be AF as I usually have a longer cycle. It's all just so confusing and I hate being in the limbo of not knowing. Although DH keeps telling me not to bother wasting money on tests I might have to order one of the 1st response early ones

@sprite25 so it's still very early so maybe test again at the weekend with a frer? I'm currently 17dpo and still testing negative, so I'm 6 days late now, which never happens and sign of af 🤷‍♀️good luck! I feel like I might go crazy ha ha!

Think I’m probs out this month, am 13dpo and a negative this morning. Boobs are on fire & very cranky which is usually a period sign for me, so hopefully it’ll come as expected tomorrow!

Feel funny about this month. Realistically, not a great month to fall pregnant for a few reasons like weddings, holidays and I got a huge promotion at work (the thought of morning sickness & learning a new job does fill me with horror).. but still can’t help feeling a bit sad!

Hi all just an update, still no AF. All signs and working out of dates looks like I ovulated later then I thought. I had 3 days of cramping on and off (hopefully implantation) as usually when AF is coming I have one day of cramping then the next day I get AF but so far, nothing. Saying that I'm still not getting even a hint of BFP so I just don't know. I hate the not knowing as it's all I can think about, I've had an ectopic and MMC in the past so I feel like anything that can go wrong will go wrong

I feel for you!! My AF is due tomorrow but I had such tender breasts yesterday I just couldn't wait and did a FRER first thing..... BFN not even a hint of a line! Only now am I starting to feel the cramps I associate with AF .... Gutted

But I think there is still hope for you and I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!

BFN and no period. So confused.

Did another test this morning with FMU, absolutely nothing 😔. It's like our bodies are trying to be the biggest bitch ever 😂

Hello everyone! Very new to this so please bear with me! 😬
We’ve been ttc for 5 months now and every time AF arrives is a complete soul crush! I usually have very regular 28-day cycles but this month I had a bit of lighter colour bleeding 1 day early and just some spotting the following day And then nothing! I was getting so excited thinking it could have been implantation bleeding! However, the first bleeding was on Monday and since Wednesday (today is Sat) I have done 3 clearblue tests (2 regulars and 1 digital) but all came out as a BFN! 😿 I don’t know what to think as this was so different to any of my periods (when the gates of bloody hell are usually open for the first 2 days!). any ideas? Need all help here! Thank you! X
