Can't see a May bus, so thought I'd start one up!

A little bit about me...

TTC: #1
Age: 28
Cycle: 5
CD: 5
AF/BFP due: 10th May

This cycle I'm making a real effort to take my pre-conception vitamins EVERY day and going to use Pre-seed this cycle too.

Come on in and share your stories, symptoms and if needed, vent to your heart's content...

I'm 7DPO today. Have woken up with the cold/sore throat this morning and have on/off lower abdomen twinges.

As it's only my first proper cycle I'm trying to be realistic about the fact that it probably won't happen first time though.

I am 6dpo so have a while to wait to test. Af due next Tuesday /Wednesday (flo/fitbit disagreeing with each other). I am totally symptom spotting and googling everything.

Has anyone fallen pregnant from dtd day before and day after ovulation but not on ovulation?

Anyone have any success stories ?

Hey ladies, AF showed up just when expected, and i am actually pretty ok. First time since i started checking that i had a "normal" luteal phase, and for now i decided to feel happy that my body is getting healthy and working properly, instead of feeling sad for not getting a bfp. It sounds silly but after struggling with a lot of hormonal issues, it feels good to see the progress.

Off to a girls weekend this week, then Portugal for a week with bf, so a lot of nice things to look forward to... :) will let things happens as take it as it comes really, as i feel like this month i let tcc take over my life..

Wishing lots of luck to all the girls, hoping we all find what we're hoping for!

I was going to test tomorrow ladies, but now not sure. Had some cramping today and sore boobs, which is typical PMS symptoms for me, so think i may just wait for AF due date. Will be keeping my eye on those testing 🧐🤞🏼

Well it's safe to say I've felt pretty crap the last 2 days. Really tired and agitated. Not entirely sure how long til af as mc 12/2, first af 12/3 then next 14/4 so expecting around 12-17th I suppose. Maybe pmt? Time will tell. Currently waiting to see if the witch shows x

Suppose to ovulate Wednesday and would love to have some support through this cycle, not actually Ttc but DTD tonight unprotected so I suppose there's a chance, me and dh are not really bothered what happens now but will be using priotecrion from next period :) sounds silly writing this now haha!

I'm still on with AF after being off the pill since the 28th of April so intrigued to see how long my cycles are going to be etc.

Flo app says high chance of getting pregnant on the 29th so doesn't look like May will be my month!

@Novella12 thank you, it is! Been lying here awake for hours debating whether or not to test. I've decided to hold off, I find a negative test more disappointing than AF turning up... don't know why 🤷🏼‍♀️

How are you doing? Where abouts are you in your cycle?

@paddypaws91 I’m just the same- seeing a negative test is a bit soul destroying, AF arriving isn’t so bad somehow!

Well, I thought I was 2dpo. I had tugging pains on Sunday which I put down to ovulation and an extremely dark ic OPK plus static smiley on Saturday morning. But, I’ve carried on testing with the ic OPKs (because I’m addicted 😂) and they’ve been getting steadily darker again. This morning’s was the darkest I’ve ever had after ovulation- I’ll attach a pic - and so I decided to take a clearblue and got another flashing smiley. Now I’m wondering if I actually ovulated at all? I really hope I did because it was already late in my cycle, and we’ve really been going for it over fertile week - I think poor DH needs a rest!

@mrssunshinexxx hey I don't know if anyone answered your question but I just thought I would say that with my first my husband and I were trying to conceive but taking it easy and going with the flow! I remember my predicted day of Ovulation was the Saturday but we dtd on the Friday and then not until the Monday but I have a gorgeous 18 month old mass of mischief now! So yeah .

I'm now ttc number 2 this is my first cycle ttc and I feel like I'm all business this time round!!! Lol I just think it's not going to be so easy but FX .

I'm away with out hubby next weekend on the sat which is o day but hoping to dtd fri and Sunday and that should cover it Fx as you say x

I'm confused positive on adv cb and clearblue fm, neg on pink clear blue and cheap strip.

I caved. I'm so shit at waiting. Irl I swear I can see something..... now to wait again to see if it's really there...... Anyone....?????
