I was just wondering if I can join you lot? I'm not actually TTC right now but will be in a few weeks. My last pill will be on Thursday then AF TTC around 6th Aug onwards (want to wait until our special weekend away).

I already have ds who was 4 in March so we're TTC baby number 2.

My AF is due on Sunday and is always on time. When do my CD's start? Sorry, can't remember what it all means.

Hi Looney Cd is your cycle days it starts with the first day of your period so Sunday would be CD1

Congrats Monthly Mayhem. You have given me hope. I also had about a 50 day cycle after coming off the pill and was imagining that it would take my body a while to get back to normal. It was getting me down a bit but now I see a glimmer of hope.

So has anyone done a test 4 days before AF due and got a positive? CD24 tomorrow (28 day cycle) should I test?

Getting twinges, so despite my better sense, I am hopeful but could just be AF on her way.

you should be able to get a BFP 4 days before on a first response but I would try to wait as I think is only about 60% of women get it that early unless you use a very sensitive test. Try and wait until AF is due if you cant then Go fot it must say i usually test a few days before Good luck x

Morning All - am a MN newbie but have lurked for a while so so here goes...

We are ttc baby number 2 but I have no idea what my cycle is at the moment. Had a Mirena coil removed 3wks ago and had a little spotting straight after. Then had a 2 day bleed 2 weeks ago, and now started bleeding again yesterday!! Nightmare!

Anyway, myself and DH are BDing every couple of days (he think's it's his birthday, bless...) and hopefully things will settle down soon

Hope everything settles down for you MissusH. I came off the pill at the beginning of June and had 50 day cycle. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that my body settles down now because I can't believe how desperate I am to be pregnant. I feel so jealous of mums outside school who are pregnant or who have tiny babys. I'm glad it's last day of school tomorrow. Hopefully I can be the pregnant one when the boys go back to school in September.

I know what you mean about the babies at school. I can almost feel my ovaries clacking when I see them. And I get so irrationally jealous of the pg mummies.

Although I have only just actively started ttc, the urge for another baby has been there for around a year. Unfortunately DH was between jobs so we were not in a position to do anything about it.

But now... bring it on!!!

I'm glad I'm not alone. It took me a while to convince DH to have another but he is now enjoying the BDing no end!! We are ttc No 5. Here's hoping for mini bumps at the start of term.

i've already made dp agree to dc4! we are ttc dc3 at the mo, our fourth between us.

Hey can anyone help?? I completed my m/c by 26th June and have been ttc again straight away, its driving me crazy!!! How soon would i be able to tell when/if i am pregnant again. B4 i started having symptoms at around 3 weeks and then morning sikness by the fourth week, would it be the same for me again if i was or could it be different?? Also because i do not know if or when i will have my next period i do not know when to test - i have already done three!

Not sure if I want any more once we have dc2 (how's that for positive thinking!! "it will happen, it will happen....")

But then I said that after dd1..
