I ovulate late, have been taking b vitamins to try and make my luteal phase longer. Haven't ovulated yet.
Have dtd 5 times so far this month. Planning another 4 or 5 times to cover all bases, so romantic.

Hello again all!
Today is CD31 and I'm in limbo-land. AF was due any day from 28/03 but so far not turned up. I caved and did HPT yesterday but of course BFN. I'm not even sure whether I ovulated even with using the OPK thingies. I'm not sure if I can face using them again - too much stick peeing and staring...
I'm having my usual AF symptoms: getting irritated at DH for absolutely no reason, crampy feeling in my abdomen, bloating and acne. why can't she just show up so we can move on to next month?!

Morning all and I'm really hoping one of you ladies will post up a BFP today for Mother's Day.... 🙏🙏🙏

Wahey, after three months of peeing on those Clearblue Advanced digital OPK sticks for ten days each cycle and following the directions exactly, I FINALLY got a static smiley, for the first time, on test day 11 (CD 18 of 28 or 29). Eight days of flashing smileys each time before I gave up and figured there was something wrong with my LH surge. We've been DTD plenty anyway, but I now at least I feel reassured everything's functioning as it should. It seems I do have a short luteal phase - about ten days - but we'll keep trying and see what happens. Finally I feel spending money on those damn OPKs was worth it and at least now I can narrow down what the issue might be if I can't get pregnant!

Crampy today and ewcm so think I'm ovulating if I am then the B vitamins have worked by bringing my ov forward.

AF arrived today for me. Nature is cruel to do that on Mother's Day!

Still trying to work out ovulation dates but my af isn't due till 19th April, so seeing as no bfp in March I'm hounding poor dh and he has a daily job this month 😂😂😂

Thank you 💕 I'm devastated though @Bab1990 I got no warning it was coming. Wasn't expecting it until Tuesday. Looks like I'm back to 28 days now though. Means maybe AF due very end of April again. We've not been trying that long if you think about it but it still feels like a kick in the face!! Hope you're doing ok lovely!!!

@BudgieBird I totally hear you. It's so reassuring knowing that you are actually ovulating and it's money well spent just for the piece of mind. Really hope it's your month.

No matter how long youve been trying its still hard when AF shows. Even worse is when she decides to come early or late for whatever reason🤬 Im doing ok. Was at the MILs all day with 2 of our nephews so had my fix of cuddles. Was very surprised I didnt get the ‘last Mothers Day without a baby for you’ (they dont know were TTC) but they are always saying when are we going to make them Grandparents again!! Xx

I've had cramps today, and I got what I thought was the start of my LH surge this morning (line not quite dark enough) but when I tested again later this afternoon it was faint again. Been having EWCM as well so I'm going to take it as my surge for now but keep testing for the next few days too in case it isn't. It's a bit early for me at CD17, but I've been taking supplements this month so it might have made it earlier

@Charlotte9876 sounds like we're in the same boat. Which supplements have you been taking?

@kaytee87 yes looks like we're at the same point! I've been taking pregnacare this month, since being off the pill my luteal phase has only been 10 days and AF only lasting 2 days so though I'd try them to try to get my cycle into better shape. What have you been talking?

@Charlotte9876 100mg b6/b12 vitamins, iron, vit c and vit d.
My luteal phase has been under 10 days this is my 4th cycle of trying. 11 days til AF is due so I'm hoping this is OV.
My luteal phase was only 10 days when I conceived DS btw (2 cycles of trying) so don't worry too much!

Thanks that's reassuring to know @kaytee87 . I'm just impatient to get my cycles back in order after pumping myself with hormones for so long!

My first ‘proper’ attempt at TTC, so my first cycle.
CD29

My cycle is usually 26 days but I have been known to go to 34. Terrified of taking a pregnancy test as I’ve been in this situation before where AF doesn’t turn up for 30 days+ and the second I pee on that stick and see the BFN, AF turns up to celebrate within hours.
Had loads of symptoms but can’t tell if it’s just AF making her arrival known or if, just if, there might be a BFP on its way.

We’ve not used contraception for about a year now so hoping that 2019 is the year.

Can I join too?

Hi @Lorna2019 It sounds like it could happen this month!! I am the same. I would rather wait than test too early. Would rather be a few days later of my normal cycle before even thinking about testing because low and behold, AF shows within an hour like you say!! I really hope it's a BFP for you!

Thanks Proudmummy88, I hope this month is your month. I know the feeling of testing too early. Also going to try to wait until I'm late this month! I've given all my tests to my husband and told him not to release them until the 11th.
