Ouch @hopefulprincess - hope your opks help but with PCOS I think the LH spikes can be a bit all over the place so may be work dtd in any event!

@kisk that’s very true I think I just do them in hope I mean last month I got a blazing positive CD14 🤷‍♀️ But there is always some sort of line never blank so it’s confusing. I’v done them 3 times a day last few days and no more of a line then there was I’m bloated and quite crampy that side so if no positive il take it as it didn’t happen and if pain continues have to get cyst checked I guess. I hate them their so so painful when burst it’s agony

And I don’t have much cm at the moment it’s a little but nothing compared to last month ... will just have to wait eh

Just had the joy of listening to my sister in law chatting about her 14 week pregnancy joy... sigh. Should be catching up with work, or exercise, but feel a bit meh so have made a cake instead...

It’s not nice is it, everyone’s pregnant or had babies, friend had a girl this morn and one announcement on fb but will be you one day!!! Oooo what cake did you make?

I got negative opk il try tomorrow but that’ll be the latest so if nothing then I guess there isn’t a chance but il still be here :)

Lemon and white chocolate. Was supposed to be orange and white chocolate, but no oranges left - splash of orange and pineapple squash seems to have balanced it sufficiently. Not the best icing drizzle ever! Had to get on the exercise bike to feel a little less guilty...

@hopeful I've been on medication in the past for low folate and b12 levels but that was around the time I miscarried so I always thought that was the reason why? It could be hormonal and I want a second opinion tbh my doctors always fob me off. I'm supposed to be ovulating tomorrow . May do an OPK to see what's what. It's just the dreams I'm having are very vivid and only hormones cause those

So I did an opk and negative , what’s going onnnnnnn so I’v either ovulated and missed it as havnt been doing opks properly this month havnt done any in the eve 🙈 or I’m not going to ovulate or it’s going to be late! Il do one later this eve but I dunno I think with the o pains yesterday it coulda been then but the opk was negative ?

@Laurenmclovely I've had 3 miscarriages this last year, they found low b12 as part of investigations and this pregnancy has got further than any of my miscarriages now I'm on the b12 injections so definitely worth pushing for tests x

I heard opks were best done in the afternoon? I noted that the best hours were when I am reliably at work 🙄

I also have read they can be completely unreliable with pcos, where oestrogen can interfere/lh can be permanently high.

If in doubt, I think it’s a case of dtd, and you’re unlikely to have mittelschmerz if you aren’t ovulating?

As soon as AF/mc shows (now 12 days late, cd44, feeling decidedly unpregnant) I will be getting an ovusense I think. When I was regular (you know, last month) I didn’t think I’d need one...

@kisk I no I’v always got some LH it’s so annoying just wish was normal 😂 I’m the same lol completely normal cycle last month except af came 2 days early 🤷‍♀️ Just hoped would be the same I guess. Yes your right opks are best in eve but the hormone starts in morn so as I love POas I do them after few hour holds on days I expect to o il do one this eve and see what happens. I’v got a bit of cm today but had it end of last week so looks like a odd cycle..hoooray 🙄🙄

@keep I am going to get my levels checked I havnt had them done for 4 months . How are you doing? How many weeks now?

I just found out can get positive opk after have ovulated I bet this is it!!! As last month didn’t dtd till got a positive opk as wasn’t well and previously havnt been tracking as was pointless but after a year I thought I will start 😂 we have dtd every day the past 6 days except Thursday so hoping to carry on and hope for the best.. 💖

Hey! Am ok. OPKs still not arrived. But I think I can feel the start of EWCM. Will carry on DTD for as long as DH is home!

@keep thank you sharing that information. If my levels are low again I will be taking the medication for sure. I've just had a read and you're right it can affect fertility

Ooo, a spot of blood this morning (literally, a spot). Fingers crossed AF is here (who thought I’d say that....). Dtd (you know, for fun) yesterday (incoming tmi) and had silly amounts of watery cm, so I assumed that means I’m about to ovulate or AF is about to be here (or pcos is giggling at me again)...

Top 3 are yesterday bottom one just now 😱 late o then 😂 or it’s happened but least looks like I have or will 🙌🏻 I’m in this month

Clotty lump of dark bloody mucus so far this morning so I think I’m finally out. Ovusense here I come. Relieved. Sad but relieved. And can cancel what would have been an awkward GP appointment.

Hurrah my OPKs have arrived. Looking back. I think I must've ovulated slightly early. As we didn't really dtd much leading up to supposed fertile window. However. Trying to not let that happen this month. Eeek. Imagine if we have Christmas babies!

@hopefulprincess - tmi warning -I’m usually a bit clotty but it’s been weird today - one bigger/v dark lump then two tiny blots and generally brown tinged mucus but that’s it so far. Usually I have some sort of blood flow. But I think it’s probably an early mc rather than proper af what with the disappearing frer lines - they did seem dark for evaps. Part of me is wondering if dtd yesterday, and getting cm flowing (ahem) has prompted uterus to finally slowly kick out non viable contents. Pseudoscience at best I expect.

Not cancelled docs appointment yet - will do if it gets heavier (which it should by latest tomorrow, second day of my period has always been floody, can’t imagine removing coil would have changed that).

Thanks for asking @Hopefulprincess I'm 5+5 now and all going well so far. I have my final injection of the loading dose tomorrow so I'll just have to hope and pray everything continues properly when the b12 wears off
