Anyone out there want to join me in trying for a successful Feb?! I’m sure there are loads of us out there can can support and answer questions :)
I’m 35, TTC #2 and have been trying for 4 months or so. My Son is almost 16 months so out of that baby stage which was so much fun (although this age defo has its perks).

@Herewegoagain84 usually ewcm is in the couple of days before ovulation.

Herewegoagain84 · 11/02/2019 15:04

Thanks ladies. Got ANOTHER flashing smiley this morning, but decided to try one this afternoon just to use my last one as had given up hope and I got my peak!! I’m so relieved - though I think I’ve knackered out my DH as I just went for BDing three days in a row just in case I missed my peak - and now got another three to do Grin

GreyWolf · 11/02/2019 15:53

Great news @Herewegoagain84 !
Enjoy the BDing Wink

Scottish1 · 11/02/2019 17:26

Yay! @Herewegoagain84 ! You will certainly have lots of swimmers then 😂 Don’t think my hubby could do 6 in a row! 😂

Scottish1 · 11/02/2019 17:29

I’ve been feeling mild cramps today so presuming they are ovulation pains... 🤔

Herewegoagain84 · 11/02/2019 17:36

Fingers crossed @Scottish1. I’m yet to see whether DH can do 6 in a row Grin. On another note, I usually have 27/28 day pretty regular cycles, but obviously ov quite late - is a 10 day luteal phase ok..?

FilthyforFirth · 11/02/2019 17:37

Hi everyone, sorry took a bit of a step back as was so upset. Annoyed af is due so far away, would rather have it now and get on with it so the next fertile window is due.

Good luck to anyone testing.

Scottish1 · 11/02/2019 17:53

@FilthyForFirth Have you had this month’s fertile window? Are you looking frwd to next fertile window before testing?

@Herewegoagain84 10 days should be ok 10-14 days is normal I think x

FilthyforFirth · 11/02/2019 18:17

Hi @scottish1 I think I ovulated around the 6-8th. Not using OPK so dont know for sure. Af is due the 22nd. Given I only had sex a few days at the start of the fertile window I am assuming I am defo not pregnant this month Sad.

How are you getting on?

Scottish1 · 11/02/2019 21:13

Oh, I see @FilthyforFirth but you still never know!

I’m two dtds away from finishing SMEP so we’ll see what comes of it. Feeling a little bit less obsessed than last month as I’m realising that ttc isn’t as easy as I thought it would be and that it could take a while if it happens at all! Feels like it’s not going to happen for some reason! Just reading about so many women who are struggling to get pregnant-getting pregnant now seems to be like some sort of miracle! 😂

Kinsella82 · 11/02/2019 21:18

Longest month ever!

FilthyforFirth · 11/02/2019 21:29

I agree. When you start to properly look at it, the odds of getting pregnant are so slim each month.

I am just wishing for the 22nd, this month already feels like it is dragging!

muddypuddlejumping · 11/02/2019 22:02

Can I join as well please? Took a break from posting for a few months but I'm hoping it's a fertile Feb for me too!
Ttc #2
Age 32
Cycle 11 (although had a few months off in that for holidays)
CD 9
Conceived #1 in the first month on the only time we tried so this has not gone according to plan this time! However, we've both stopped drinking for a few months now and I'm hoping that it will be the magical cure we need!
Due to ovulate on the weekend so we're attempting every night for a week. Not quite sure how I'll manage but we're giving it a go! DH is under strict instructions to limit coffee and up water intake 😂

ale2992 · 11/02/2019 22:40

Hi all can I join?
I'm 26, I have an older son from a previous relationship. But this will be mine and my partner first child together.
We started TTC in September and fell pregnant in October but had MMC by December. My OH and I did sort of start trying during January after my MVA but got AF at the end of January and now really trying for February. Currently about to ovulate so dtd like crazy.

Bluebell9 · 12/02/2019 11:19

Hello @ale2992 and @muddypuddlejumping.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you @FilthyforFirth.

My DP is away for most of next month so I'm hoping this month is lucky!

Ovacado23 · 12/02/2019 12:14

Bit tmi but has anyone else had random hemorrhoids in tww? Woke up to some painful friends yesterday. Still there today - Feel ill, headaches and loss of appetite. Tried to get in to doctors - suggested sudacrem and a hot bath over the phone. Im not exagerating when i say i cannot walk. 10 days till af is due (according to app) cycle day 22.

Bluebell9 · 12/02/2019 14:15

Luckily I've not had that @Ovacado23! Hope it goes down soon, have you got hemorrhoid cream?

Kinsella82 · 12/02/2019 14:56

I feel for you @Ovacado23 Had them on both previous pregnancies. If you can get some Preperation H or similar and make sure you're getting plenty of fibre x

Kinsella82 · 12/02/2019 15:59

Finally getting some ewcm today!! We've been dtd a lot but definitely have to do it tonight! Typical it's the night where DH has loads on and won't be home til all hours Confused

Ovacado23 · 12/02/2019 16:32

I was actually asking if anyone had them as a symptom/sign of early pregnancy Wink
Im managing ok with diet and havent erm.. tried too hard to go to the toilet Blush so thought it was weird they appeared overnight. Had a few warm soaks and ice rags today its not fun but brings back memories! @bluebell9 i had them with both pregnancies early on (i think from all throwing up) They were really bad after dc#2 through lots of pushing i had natural birth with her in a birthing pool (best pain relief ever) there were a few times i passed out and woke up to myself pushing. I had them for a good 2 months after she was born. She was totally worth it ♡ @ kinsella82 sounds promising - surprise him with foreplay when he gets home! Male on bottom is our go to especially to O =) too painful to dtd on my end - good luck Grin

Ovacado23 · 12/02/2019 16:33

Didnt tag for some reason @kinsella82 :) good luck!

Kinsella82 · 12/02/2019 16:53

Thanks @Ovacado23 I'm strangely nervous/excited as it's the first time so far that I have a fairly good idea that it's the right time or close to it! There won't be any persuading for DH thankfully!

Scottish1 · 12/02/2019 17:58

Good luck @Kinsella82 !

Just got some pineapple ladies so going to try eating some of the core juiced for the next 5 days-trying everything! 😂

Just seen the cutest newborn baby in the supermarket and couldn’t stop staring at him 😍 Was also starting at a pregnant woman thinking: it does happen! 😂

Scottish1 · 12/02/2019 18:00

*sraring at pregnant woman-people will think I’m a loony! 😂

muddypuddlejumping · 12/02/2019 19:33

@Ovacado23 I didn't get piles but I did have a lot of constipation in 2ww with DD1. It was way before bpf and I had to go to the drs about it so it could well be a promising sign! It's one of the reasons I know we've not been successful yet because I've not been constipated 😂
