Vasectomy. Week late.

My exH had a vasectomy 4 years ago. At the same time as we broke up.

We have decided 2 months ago to give it another go (after sexual health testing although he only slept with someone once with protection and I had a partner who tested clean before we slept together) we started having sex again.

My period is usually due on the 11th.

Still no sign.

Would you be worried or am I being paranoid?

I had this last year. DH had a vasectomy about 5 years ago and had all the tests and the all clear.

Suddenly my period was really late and my cycles are usually pretty spot on between 26-28 longs. I did tests and they all came out negative.

Eventually it showed up at 44 days.

There's no explanation for it as I know there was such a low chance I was pregnant but it was still really worrying. Do a decent test and if it's still negative then give it another week and then go to doctor if you're still concerned.

I came to the conclusion that it was potentially the start of peri-menopause. I'm 41 and I couple of my older friends said that your cycles can start doing weird and wonderful things so I just assumed it was that, but cycles have been normal ever since.

Did another pound shop test this morning. Negative.

Just wish AF would start so I don't have to worry

I'm early 30s so doubt it's menopause

Once when I was 17 I just totally missed a period. My cycles are normally over 30 days so I just had about 2 months of no bleeding. Then AF showed up and my cycles were back to normal. Maybe the same thing is happening to you?
