Hi, quick question.
Can you get period pains when your in the first few weeks of pregnancy.
I'm only about 3 weeks according to dr, but I've just started getting period like cramps.
Is this normal ??

Yes it's normal as long as there's no blood and they aren't severe pains. Mild cramps are normally fine.

It was my first pregnancy symptom with all 4 of mine. I delayed testing as I was certain AF was about to start. It started around 3-4 weeks, lasted until 8-10 weeks.

I felt exactly like my period was about to start when I was pregnant years ago, even wore a pad thinking it was coming. I'd say it's normal as long as there's no bleeding.

I had cramps from 6dpo to around 6 weeks. They were just stretching pains.

@twinkleday yep, I felt wet. Had to knicker check every time I went to the loo! Have you tested?

No trying to hold out, want to do it with OH as both nervous don’t want to be disheartened or become obsessed with pee sticks. He works nights and I work days so don’t have many mornings together
