Hi all. So I'm confused. I always under the assumption that evap lines were always colourless. But no one seems to give any help on thin coloured lines.
I genuinely don't know what to think.
We've already been through 2 miscarriages so i think im probably just getting my hopes up :(

Sorry for your losses Caz. Miscarriages are awful. Flowers

I think anita just meant that they look a bit strange and difficult to decipher.

Fingers crossed for a really clear positive for you.

53rdWay · 13/10/2018 20:23

That last pink dye one just looks like an early positive to me. I wouldn't call that an evap.

If you're having lots of faint lines that never get any darker it can mean a chemical pregnancy (it did for me) but I wouldn't assume that yet if it's only been a few days.

ReginaPhalange89 · 13/10/2018 20:24

Sorry I didn't mean to offend saying it looks bizarre, but as you know having 2 children already, the lines are normally solid lines and in a certain place. The pink one you've just posted does look pink in colour, but it looks very close to the control line and it also looks pink in the middle but more faded at the top and bottom, if that makes sense

I'm sure the pp didn't mean she actually thinks you've drawn them on. She's just saying the lines are strange, the same as I've just said . I'm going to stop commenting now, you're obviously going to take everything to heart. Good luck , I hope this is your bfp

Redrosebelle · 13/10/2018 20:24

I think they all look like positives? Especially the pink one!

Caz1990 · 13/10/2018 20:24

To be honest love I'm done testing now. I'm heart broken that someone could think that they look "drawn" on.
The hardest thing I've ever gone through was a loss... i wouldn't dream of faking a pregnancy.

OP posts:
ReginaPhalange89 · 13/10/2018 20:28

She didn't say you were faking it, all she said was the lines are strange looking and others agree they don't look like proper lines . That was her way of describing it that they look drawn on. She said in brackets "(not saying you have)"

Sorry you haven't got the answer you're looking for and sorry for your previous losses.

Caz1990 · 13/10/2018 20:30

Like i say it doesn't matter. I shouldn't of come here in the first place.
Sorry for wasting everyones time

Redrosebelle · 13/10/2018 20:34

You haven’t wasted anyone’s time! The pp didn’t mean to offend you and we’re all hoping for a good outcome for you!

Caz1990 · 13/10/2018 20:36

No, i understand. I reacted badly and took it out on the wrong people.
Does anyone know how to delete threads?
Kinda just wanna forget about how much of a b**ch I've been to everyone

OP posts:
ItsAndTarts · 13/10/2018 20:39

I think you are over reacting a little here.....another sure sign it's a positive! Congratulations!

Caz1990 · 13/10/2018 20:43

:( nah just think im clutching at straws and generally being a morngy idiot.
But thank you. Definitely giving it a break if we don't get the answer we want though

Flatasapancakenow · 13/10/2018 20:51

You've been grand Cat don't worry. Most of us know what it's like when you're hoping so much for your BFP. And some of us have the misfortune of having experienced miscarriage too. Go easy on yourself. My gut is that there's something going on for you to be getting all those lines, but I don't want to say oh that's definitely a BFP and get your hopes up when I'm not sure myself. I'm hoping they'll become more obvious for you.

Caz1990 · 13/10/2018 20:59

I think I've set myself up for a fall to be fair. I got so defensive over nothing.
I should never have posted the tests. I got my hopes up. And should of done my research first.

OP posts:
Flatasapancakenow · 13/10/2018 21:06

You weren't wrong to post them. I would have done the same.

Caz1990 · 13/10/2018 21:08

Wish I'd never bought the stupid things.

anitagreen · 13/10/2018 21:11

@Caz1990 there's no need to be so dramatic in your reply to me I haven't said you drew them on? I said they looked it as in they look bizarre and not like normal lines which you have said yourself

Pigletthedog · 13/10/2018 21:14

They look positive to me @Caz1990 but I know how hard it is to trust what you're seeing. Have faith and don't be so hard on yourself. You've apologised for being a bit snappy, let it go. Good luck for the next tests

Caz1990 · 13/10/2018 21:15

anitagreen ive already said i reacted badly and been a b**ch about it! I took it the wrong way and i am sorry.
Look its obvious I'm just making things worse for myself. Maybe it'd be a good thing if i wasn't pregnant again. I can't even deal with an answer i dont wanna hear. Let alone another baby.
Im sorry.

OP posts:
Lindy2 · 13/10/2018 21:21

Well I can see a line in each of them.
I'd say they are thin and faint because it is a bit early to test. How many DPO are you do you know?
Congratulations.

GreenMeerkat · 13/10/2018 21:23

They all look positive to me OP!

Caz1990 · 13/10/2018 21:24

I'm not sure. Havent had af for a while. My last two were miscarriages. And i didn't track ovulation after. So i really havent helped myself in the slightest

OP posts:
GreenMeerkat · 13/10/2018 21:58

Can you get a FRER? They tend to be a lot clearer. And have thin lines anyway so no ambiguity there!

Caz1990 · 13/10/2018 22:05

I'll have to order some. There isnt many local shops that sell them around here

OP posts:
sawbucks · 13/10/2018 23:32

Most of them look positive to me OP except the inverted one. They all look flooded though which is why the lines are runny but that doesn't affect the result. Congratulations!

Mooey89 · 14/10/2018 22:53

Your tests look like my early ones did and my son is 5 now... fingers crossed for you x
