Sorry I have been quiet too, I tried to distance myself from it for a while, it sort of helped, however I did end up at a kitten shelter last weekend, so maybe not! After cuddling a kitten all day, we agreed the hours we work are too long for a cat, that combined with potential litter tray problems for pregnant women, we left without one. My need to nurture something is so strong!
I know what you mean about accidental pregnancies, how does that happen?!? Now I know the biology behind ovulation it's crazy that anyone concieves!
I'm coming to the end of w1 of my 2ww, sore boobs as usual but I'm trying not to obsess over symptoms.
The reflexology sounds good, have you tried yoga aswell? I've heard that can be helpful, and good for flexibility for birth! I have some issues with stress too so it would be great to hear how you get on 
I'm taking folic acid, is there anything else anyone recommends?
