I came off cerelle on 2nd September, had a withdrawal bleed 2nd October now having normal period (?). Keeping my fingers crossed for a November BFP

Cycle 5 after Mirena IUD removal in May after 14 years!

Used 7 OPK sticks last week from CD8 onwards and didn't get a solid a positive. CD10 & 11 had a second line but not strong. Seemed to have the right kind of CM those days too. i have a 27 day cycle. Tested only in the mornings, perhaps i missed it as should have been doing twice a day? Any tips would be welcomed so i can get my first positive LH test and work out when this mysterious ovulation is.

Just trying to trust my CM and Libido surges around that time and hoping for the best. AF due on 7th. Had painful boobs since CD12 which seems quite early for AF.

AF has been extremely light since IUD removal. I only need to use a couple of pantyliners for the whole thing. 1-2 days.. Is this something to worry about? had no AF for the 14 years on the coil.

Sorry for long message. Excited to have a community as i'm the first of my friends TTC so no-one to talk to :)

@MoonSushi mine have been the same after having my implant out in July. Like you I had no periods while it was in. I think they’re gradually getting a bit heavier though so hopefully that’s a good sign, I was worried that it meant my lining was too thin.

Just come off the minipill 10 days ago, still waiting for AF to arrive, I know before I went on the pill 6 years ago (with no periods at all) my cycle was 29days and myself and my sister would have AF around the same time which would mean AF would be due in 3 days but got knows what's going on with my cycle at the moment. Anyone in the same position?

Not entirely sure when I ovulated as my signs seemed to be all over the place and didn’t get a positive OPK. Fertility friend says I ovulated CD23 so going with that!
Had cramps yesterday and less so today which I have never had before so hoping it could be a sign (although desperately telling myself it’s only cycle 1 and not to get hopes up!)

Wishful30 I think you ovulate 12-36 hours after your last positive OPK because LH drops when you’re ovulating. The surge can last 12-36 hours also which is why you can get a few days of positives! Last month got two separate OPKs 4 days apart so not sure what to make of that! AF arrived 15 days after the second positive one though so I probably ovulated after that one. It’s all so complicated!!

Horrible cramps here AF likely on her way. No spotting yet, and boobs so sore i can't sleep on my front! Ouch!

No idea of DPO but I reckon AF will arrive tomorrow or weds

I'm really sorry tmi alert, but had quite a lot of ewcm today, and it's usually pretty dry down there. So I never notice it.
I've not managed to opk today as I've used them all 🤦🏻‍♀️

Would Cm not dry up after ovulation??

@Wishful30 i've always wondered this. This month i noticed one day in particular that was a lot of EWCM. Is this the best indicator of imminent ovulation?

@stormtrooperjulian thats good to know about the light periods and so good that yours are coming back to normal now. I worry that because i didn't have a single one for 14 years on the IUD that it will take a lot longer.

I was under the impression that ewcm, being the most fertile type, happened a day or two before ovulation. Then disappears fairly quickly after.
It's annoying as I don't usually have much cm at all. Like clockwork 27/28 day cycles and ovulate on day 14/15.
I'm now cd16 and noticing the ewcm 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️
I had super strong positive opk's Saturday and Sunday.. so wonder if I'm just late now 😣

Hi I'm new on here too. Been off the mini pill since mid July. @nikkinoo I had to wait about 6 weeks before AF arrived after coming off the mini pill. Hope yours arrives soon..nice when it does so you know where you are!

Thankyou cazamelia it's an absolute nightmare not knowing where you are with you cycle ain't it? Did your cycle go straight back to normal after you first AF? If you dont mind me asking x

Hi @nikkinoo yes a complete nightmare. I thought it'd be like when I came off the normal pill and you have a withdrawal bleed and back to normal after that but nope! So after the 6 weeks I came on quite heavy then my next AF was 34 days (which was extremely heavy) and my next one 28 days (which is the one I've just finished) so I'm hoping now it'll be a regular 28days like I was before..fingers crossed 🤞

First proper cycle since stopping pill

Another question ladies... despite thinking I'm 5 dpo I have still been tracking my OPK results as I had a weirdly long cycle last month.

Just got this result tonight having had a few days of very very faint lines. Seems odd, maybe I'm ovulating late and I've gotten it all wrong!!

Hi everyone. I have just joined!

Looking for some advice. I am ttc with my hubby of 3 years, ive never used birth control before.

My periods have aleays been irregular, sometimes 4 weeks apart sometimes 7.

I last came on 19.09, and we started trying only 21/10. Usually this would be out of my ovulation window, but since my periods are irregular, who knows.

We have had 1 failed pregnancy 2 years ago.

Is it too early to take a preg test? Ive had slight cramps in my left lower abdomen that started as dull but got slightly worse ovee the last day. Normally AF cramps are noth sides. Ive also noticed some white non stretchy didcharge too.

Looking for someone who has had any vearly early (1-2) week preg symptoms?

Sorry if TMI- started bleeding this morning 😞 4 days early....it's pink and watery and only when I wipe so not like the beginning of any af I've had before but I don't want to get my hopes up that it's an implantation bleed think it's just my body still all over the place!! Annoying!!!

No AF yet. It's silly, I have no tests and I can't bring myself to buy one to test now. Last BFN was Sunday with afternoon wee, I know if I go buy a test AF will instantly arrive and right now I have the tiniest glimmer of hope. Based on my mid cycle bleeding I'm a day late BUT that could have been unrelated to ovulation. Based on having an average cycle of 26 days I'm due on tomorrow.

I stopped taking the pill mid-Sept, had a bleed a week later, then a random 2 days of pink bleeding 3 weeks ago but didn't seem like a period.

Have had a faint positive OPK the last 4 days but no EWCM, then I read today the line should be as dark as the control, pretty sure I never got that last time, I feel like I literally have no idea how this works anymore! Last time it took a good 6 months and my cycles were 60 days long!

I hate TTC, coming off the pill turns me into a crazy hormonal person with greasy skin and hair and jealousy of pregnant people.
