Endometrioma on ovary - any success conceiving?

Hey all,
So after months of fertility checks and being told everything was fine the nhs gynaecologist I’ve been dealing with since feb has finally picked up on 2cm cyst on my left ovary and confirmed endo.

I’m now due to see an endo specialist in a few week to have it looked into further. Hubby and I have been trying to conceive for a year and to potentially have an answer as to hold up I really want it sorted out. Just a bit conscious how long it will take given nhs plus given being 40 I’d rather hold off on ivf (which gynaecologist tried to put me on day one! But don’t be want to flush money down toilet if not necessary).

Anyway, just hoping for success stories on conceiving still naturally when diagnosed with ovary cyst. I won’t know what extent my endo is and can’t afford to go private. Keeping fingers crossed.

I have stage 4 endo. Got offered ivf but my pain was too bad so I gave up and went to get treatment (prostap) instead and found out I was pregnant naturally after two years of trying so it is possible xx

Hi what is prostap treatment?

I’m waiting for first consult to see if lap will be required.
