Hi all, anyone else using their resting heart rate to track ovulation? I've been doing it a few months now (much easier than temping). I usually ovulate around my peak which happened this month and then it drops until af arrives but this month it's rising again (7DPO) 🤞😆 Anyone doing it? Let's see your graphs? Here's mine AF at start ovulation just after the peak according to OPKs. Xx

@Kescilly I'm glad you've said that. I've not been tracking exactly, but noticed when I conceived my RHR had risen. I've had numerous chemical pregnancies this year and the first sign has been a drop in the RHR, but they've all been super early and the RHR has peaked and then immediately dropped.

I'm now 6 weeks and my RHR has risen to at least 10-15bpm more than it normally is, but had started to drop again. It peaked and then plateaued before the drop and yesterday I had to take my fitbit off because my stress level has gone through the roof 😟

Its a bit reassuring to know that maybe it's normal that it peaks and then settles. I'm hopefully getting an early scan in a couple of weeks so I'll know if there is something there. I'll be interested to track going forward if everything looks good though!

Good luck @Laburna! Those chemicals must have been so difficult. I think the best thing I did was to take off my Fitbit when it was stressing me out. Wishing you all the best for your scan and I’ll be thinking of you.

Just wondering what you all think to my charts my period is now 8/9 days late but I did a test at 4 days late and it was negative but my resting heart rate is higher then normal but is it high enough to suggest a possible pregnancy

@waitingforbaby2 I found my heart rate very quickly reacted to diet/exercise/stress and my life wasn't consistent enough to rely on it. There is an older thread others have linked on here where people may be better at chart checking. But my personal experience made me feel that although the resting heart rate is a very interesting guide. I'd personally be more inclined to trust other signs if that makes sense. I hope this is a sign of a BFP though, you'll have to update us x
