Hi. I've just been prescribed clomid because I have a luteal phase of between 7 - 9 days. I'm due to start taking the tablets in a couple of weeks time and was really positive about it until about 2 days ago when I read that only about 65% of women who take clomid get pregnant. I have ds 2 who was conceived 2nd month of ttc so was really shocked when I discovered my cycle had changed so much. I need some success stories to get me feeling positive again. Also any advice on best time to take tablets would be appreciated. By the way I'm starting on the lowest dose (50mg) and am having regular blood tests and mid cycle scans. Please help

For endo, I think you'll need something like a lap and dye but I'm not an expert - though am sure others could give you more advice on this. But as you've said to me, see a doc right away if you think it is this as it will only get worse (the pain in particular).

If it's any consolation, my sil had endo, had surgery to remove endo 'growths' (at same time as lap and dye), had IVF as she is not patient (!), got pg and then has had subsequent natural pregs (all apparently at first month of trying). So basically the endo was the problem for her and once it was sorted and kept at bay with bfing and pg she became super conceiver. yes, I am !
