So only on cd15 today and already had a positive opk! Normally get a positive around cd 19....best get going!!

I ordered the One Step opks going to test twice a day this time as got my peak last month in the evening!

So many of us doing SMEP this month! Hoping for BFP for us all...and some rest later in the month

@waitingfordaffodils that's what I'm expecting! DP is excited but I think he'll be shocked at the intensity, Maybe the novelty will wear off!

I should be ovulating next weekend and im so excited i just keep looking at my OPKs ready to start using them middle of next week.

This is why i dont have pregnancy tests at home as if im this excited about peeing on OPK imagine what i would be like with them!

I've just looked at the SMEP this morning. Looks like it's good for ensuring a constant supply throughout the fertile window and a bit after! It's just getting my DH to want to BD that often 😂 His sex drive isn't as high as mine! Lol We'll end up falling out x

So positive opk yesterday but no temp jump today...the plot thickens! Knew this would be an odd one!

Maybe a slow rise @Spottyyellowdress or ovulation is only just happening to not upped your temp yet. Hopefully you'll get the rise tomorrow!

I'm also feeling impatient, waiting for AF to be over and fertile week seems ages away! Just want to get to the point where I can start obsessively peeing on OPKs

Well, we started the SMEP on the 7th (keen DH) and have now got a Clearblue FM peak at day 10 (it's fairly early but I'm so happy as I didn't even know if I was ovulating before)...so poor lucky DH is dtd for 3 more days and then one final for luck!

This is my first cycle so trying not to get to hopeful for BFP in a few weeks!

@LP17 I was the same as you, 6 months seemed like a milestone of sadness! That 80% statistic nearly killed me! At least when you're less hopeful each month, you are less disappointed when AF arrives!

Quick question for those doing SMEP - if you usually ovulate a bit later, would you still start at CD8 or start later? X

@pudding01 - I started earlier than CD8 and then had early OV and we are having fun but definitely starting to get a fucking knackered bit tired of dtd practically every day. The plan says you should follow it exactly but if you know you ovulate later I can't see why you couldn't start approx. 7 days before OV date? Maybe someone else who's done it for longer can also help! Good luck

@Pudding01 I ovulated cd18 last month but cd8 just to see what happens. If still ovulate late and it makes no difference could leave it to cd12 or so.

I have just ordered Ovusense. Probably a gimmick but I don't get up same time every day so I'd never be good with a bbt! Apparently gives you 8 fertile days and is good for pcos. June25% discount

Quick question on smep - you dtd every other day until positive OPK, then 3 days in a row, skip a day, and then again. I get that - but then are you done for the month or do you carry on every other day? I got confused when it says “every other day throughout your cycle”!

Gutted....I'm out this month, again - AF turned up this morning - 3 bloody days early!? 😫
