Is it possible to get pregnant just after your period ends ??

Just wondering really as we had sex the day after my period finnished, and used the withdrawal method, but for the past few days I have felt a bit quesey and just funny really.
My period ended 11 days ago.

Yes, it is possible. Not that likely but still possible - it is even possible to get pregnant if you have sex during your period if you ovulate very early on in your cycle. I would suggest that you test around the time next AF is due with First Response or Boots own brand test. Not sure how likely it is that you would have any symptoms so early on - but again still a small possibility.

agree with m2s on this, possible but not likely. one of dh's exes had a termination after a similar event. i've been v queasy recently post-tummy bug which is taking ages to shift. are you drinking enough water?

Am drinking water like no tommorow and will be buying some cranberry juice tommorow.

according to the nuns at my old school you would definitely be preggers but in the real world it would be fantastically unlucky/lucky (delete as appropriate).

withdrawal method is not a reliable method of contraception at any time. Pregnancy could occur at any time as cycles can be unreliable.

Well as rare as it might be my DS is testimony to the fact that it can happen!

Conceived on the last day of my 5 day period after a drunken birthday celebration. Was the only time we had had unprotected sex so there was no doubt as to when it happened.

Surprisingly or not his birthday is exactly 9 months after mine

Hi again.
Am starting to feel a bit panicked now.

I know i said it wouldn't be the end of the world and we were infact thinking of trying for another baby, but thinking and doing are so far apart in my head at the mo.

I still feel sick, sort of queasy yucky feeling, and i'm really tired.
Oh and i've been sneezing which I always do lots when i'm pregnant.
Am determined not to waste 8 quid on a test though.
