37.6 a good sign of pregnancy?

Hello I am symptom spotting! I just posted on the pregnancy group and realised this would be a better place, not sure how I can delete other one?

I'm 10 days past ovulation and my temp is 37.6, I had cramps following sex around ovulation and around day 8 past ovulation had stabbing pain on my right side and also had that same pain after orgasm. So was wondering with those possible implantation symptoms and a temp 37.6 is that a good sign?

Normally after ovulation until my period arrives its 37.1 - 37.3 then back down into 36.5 rest of month.

If your temp remains elevated once your period is due that could be considered a good sign. I wouldn't have said a single higher temp would mean anything necessarily, it could be higher for a number of reasons. You'll have to wait until you can see if the higher temps are sustained.
