Morning all hope everyone is ok good luck to those at the bottom and chin up to those of us at the bottom! Had a crap couple of days very but really positive for this month x bought Clear blue ov tests this month to see if they are any good lets hope so as this TTC is getting expensive !

how do you work out how long your cycle is ?

you have to count the days.

CD1 is the first day of your period. then just keep counting until you have another period! just keep a note of its length in your diary or something. it helps to know when roughly you can ttest. the midwife will also ask your cycle length when you are pg to determine EDD.

then you can compare them monthly too, for length, etc.

even though lately my afs have been messed up .

it will help you to see if they are becoming more regular are you watching your other fertile signs?

Have updated myself - the spotting i had was only there the once and ive been crampy which happened last month after ov. So im hoping that this is simply a sign of being massivly fertile and nothing wierd
