Can u get a positive preg test?

Fx, i really hope that's the case! Strangely though there seems to be quite a few people on here going through similar at the moment

Fx too! My cramps have become more painful today - almost like a low tummy ache rather than mild cramping. I really don’t want to get my hopes up, or indeed waste a test... do people think it’s worth testing? I won’t see DH now until the weekend so might wait until Saturday morning so I can use FMU

Boooo my AF has just arrived. Trying to think of it as a positive ... now I can focus on losing weight for another month and get closer to my goal healthy weight before bfp. I have bought my first ovulation detector kit thingy today... this next cycle will be cycle 8 and I am still so irregular so will be good to find out when I am actually ovulating!

Hope it's a different story for everyone else on here and you get your BFPs :)

I’m sorry @craftycanary, irregularity is the worst so hope the ovulation kits help I’m sure you’ll get your BFP before you know it!

Ok ladies so I’m ttc for 8 months now & having irregular periods I recently been taking seven seas vitamins and this month started using ovulation test strips on the day I was ment to ovulate and 2 days prior I had 2 lines not too dark tho but day of ovulation I had 2 bold lines so me and oh done the baby dance ... it is now 4 days Past ovulation and I’m having brown/pink tinge cervical mucus when I wipe what could be causing this my period shouldn’t be due for 11 days ...

Got negative test this morning 😔 so frustrating and confusing im like u guys had very light bleed yesterday now stopped 🙈

@Kirstylee95 I think that is quite early but everyone is different so it could be implantation! Fx for you :)

@Alex2790 its so frustrating isn't it. You almost just want AF to arrive so you can get on with the next month. I haven't slept the last 2 nights as I was so very late and thinking I must be preggo ... only for AF to arrive today! After the initial disappointment thought I do feel ok about it and ready to tackle the next month ... We'll get there

In the meantime I am going to treat myself to a mini bottle of prosecco tomorrow (been doing dry Jan!) and stick 2 fingers up at mother nature

Craftycanary Thankyou for you reply I think it’s early too I did do a ovulation test strip twice today and they both come back with negative so I don’t think it’s ovulation bleeding either hopefully it’s a good way to start the year 🙂 I will keep all updated xx

My last period was the 8th of Dec, I had spotting like bleeding that lasted 4 days / nothing like a period only visible when I wiped on the 2nd of Jan and got negative tests all the way up until the 24th and I'm 7+5 weeks so it can happen. Good luck to you

So how did u eventually find out you was 7 week if you dont mind me asking. Did u eventually go to the doctors to find out what was going on or did u keep taking tests. X

I tested almost everyday until I was 12 days late week mark convinced myself that I wasn't pregnant and made a doctors appointment to find out what was happening with my period. So I bought one more test and took it last Thursday the night before my appointment and got a faint positive went and bought serveral more and they eventually got darker and darker.

Update - I'm out 👎 AF arrived! Two days early. On the day of the super moon 🌝

Well my bleeding was a mystery it was 4dpo and only lasted 2 days but it was mixed with cervical mucus and only there when I wiped not enough to wear a pad strangly Brown/pink colour too sorry for so much info 😂 I'm not sure it was ovulation bleeding as I did however do a ovulation strip test that come back negative on these 2 days of this bleeding ! X

I'm out too Still cranky and feeling a bit 'odd', but did a test this morning and it was a BFN. Another attempt next month!

I'm on CD54, had red(ish) spotting yesterday and brown spotting today. Trying to hold off testing for as long as possible, I've never had a BFP, but I'm always hopeful and then when it's a BFN it gets me down for days.

We've been looking into our options in terms of further fertility testing and treatment, would be a lovely surprise if a BFP came now

This is all very promising! I read another thread earlier saying a little bit of bleeding can also be a sign of ovulation, made sure we dtd so we're covered either way

Hi Guys, did anyone end up pregnant? I have been ttc for 5 months now, been off the contraceptive pill for 4 and have been timing my period and ovulation days on an app. The week I was supposed to come on I had brown discharge for 3 days on and off, no blood. I took 2 tests came back negative. I then went to the doctor who tested and came back neg. I have had cramps sore boobs headaches. Could this be an implantion bleed? I thought it could be my periods getting back to normal after the pill but the last 3 months I had normal heavy periods. I am going out of my mind!!!

Right so my periods are very regular every 28 days…
I’m due today. Took a pregnancy test negative clear blue early detection the one that flashes says not pregnant using fmu
I have abit of cramping very very milk in lower stomach/back.
I went to the loo this morning and their was brown with a tint of pinkish and was like discharge…. Iv never had this before it’s always bright red at the start then calms down near the end..
I haven’t had anymore since?????
