Are these positive ovulation strips and how soon can implantation bleeding happen?

Ovulation test only has the control line on the 4th and then I've had faint lines on the Ovulation tests for 3 days following and then I ran out of ovulation sticks for today unfortunately.

DTD on the Friday and yesterday.

Had mild cramping yesterday and then today a little spot of brown discharge.

Can implant bleeding happen so soon?

I've got PCOS so hopefully it's not just that trying to get my hopes up!

Could this be the one?!

Implantation occurs usually 7/10 days ovulation so it won't of been that unfortunately xx
