elsie - I have tested this am, far far too early but I thought I saw a v v v faint line - (as i'd describe behind the front bit right at the back - was there within the time frame but taking it as a BFN) so BFN from me todfay - outlaws going tomorrow now instead of monday so I can test happily on mondya and not worry about being caught out looking at the test! lol.

ooh and the test for EWCM V sperm left overs = EWCM when put between your 2 fingers will strech Sperm won't

I'm in the same boat as Lissielou, AF arrived today though not due till tomorrow. I may buy OV kit to pinpoint when ovulation takes place next time, temp charting not for me as usually have to get straight out of bed to see to dd, no time to take temp before even moved once awake!!

Thanks elsieanjoanne, have seen lots of info sites re ttc but searched for and found dr amy's one - I like the fertility map, it goes through the whole month re when ovulation likely, implatation etc etc for a regular cycle. see here for fertilty map
Reading other info on her site seems to say if you have regular 28 day cycles then probably no need to do bbt or opk so maybe me and dh need to bd more often round ov time! Although I know I was foolish to think I'd get pg first attempt!!!!

Also on 2ww, but wanted to ask a question.
I am about to start jogging again (after a few years lapse!!) and also obviously trying for another baby. Does any one know whether starting jogging now will negatively affect chances of conceiving, increase chances of miscarriage, etc. I know that they seem silly questions, and I don't want to put my life on hold waiting for that elusive BFP, but equally don't want to start something that isn't going to help the situation (especially as I haven't exercised as such since having children and am soooooo unfit!!)
Thanks for any advice, and sorry for changing the topic a little, although will be sure to post again once af arrives mid month and I need some TLC!!

karma dont know if jogging suitable perhaps swimming or another non impact sport may help good luck im still waitin for af to come on 9th

Askabusyperson thats what i have used an i found it very helpful feel so pg hope i am will be gutted otherwise, i found offering favours a help when tryin to get my dp to bd on the particular days we bd most of the fertile days, had tinest spotting last week an i feel so sicky an tired an if i wee anymore im going to need a reservation sign for bathroom lol.

Running will do no harm, being more fit than you are can only help. people jog all the way through thier pregnancies

Hi Ladies, stayed away for a few days as temptation too test was going to be too big, but wait is over now...BFP this morning . No surprise really as my temp is still up (14DPO) and normally it drops after 12 days. Good luck to all you still waiting for this month, hope to meet you on the January 2008 board! To all whose AF has come along, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you next month

I re-tested (with first pee) yesterday BFN AF hasn?t turned up yet today and the spotting never materialised but I?m feeling quite grounded, still really hopeful but prepared for the disappointment all the same. The tests have I, whilst internet cheapies measure from 10mg(?) so not sure I have much of a chance of a BFP if BFN yesterday! Fingers crossed for you!

MrsMc, i have some tesco cheap test arriving in my shopping lateron so unless AF arrives today i will test later on.Am due today going off an average cycle of 36 days (altho have been longer) AM sick of symptom spotting, its so easy to convince yourself you have everything! I am crampy and have been the last few days but feels like a diff place to af cramps - altho again i could just be wanting it to be diff place.

hi guys, thought I might join you as I 5dpo of a 28 day cycle.. due next Friday.

I have just started a thread about inmplantation bleed, as I has a bleed this morning, not had one like it before, it is quite a lot and it is old brown blood so fingers crossed.. this is the first time I have really had such an apparent symptom. Have been trying for 2 years in sept.. so fingers crossed, it would be typical this month if I got PG as we have just finally been referrred!!!

Just thought I'd say hello too! Waiting driving me insane! Day 19 of 28 day cycle and 5th month of trying. Can't help feeling we haven't succeeded this month either but maybe I'll be wrong - fingers crossed! Conceived DD1 after 4 months and knew I was pregnant way before I could test but just don't feel pregnant this month.

so. Am nt testing tonight. no not because AF is shere. She's not. Tests arrived with the shopping BUT they are in the clear box things that you get DVDs in and i can't get in it! Didn't want to tell DP i had got tests, was only going to tell him if it was +ve so will have to break into the box 2mo!

Meto ? BFN and ringworm ? sounds like a crappy day tomorrow can only get better!
