Can I get pregnant with cyst in the ovary

Hi everybody!
After 3 long months of taking the contraceptive pills to get rid of the cyst, I am finally over with the pills. My concern is now, when I will be able to conceive? I have a gynocologist appointment in 5 days, but I want to ask you girls here first. Is the cyst didn´t go away, can I start TTC with my darling? I heard something how it takes few months after getting off contraceptive pills to be able to get pregnant. Is that true or false? Some say yes, some no. Can someone clarify it for me? Thanks!

I know very little about it but I just wanted to say that my mum conceived me and my sister with only one ovary so anything is possible

I'm no expert but when my baby was delivered by c-section they found a huge cyst on my ovary so my guess is you can!

You really have been helpful. I am not that worried that much anymore. I knew that cyst is not a too big serious problem, but still, worries stay. It all started when I had my thyroide removed. After the talk with the endocrynologist, we decided to have a baby. She sent me to further checks, because there are difficulties to get pregnant without the thyroide. With those pills I had to take, made my mental state and fear even worse. Thanks girls!

I found out at my 6 week scan I had a cyst. So can happen.
