Hi - I am on 2 chinese herbal supplements at the moment and have been since Feb - not sure if they are helping TBH - no BFP yet (have been TTC for a year)- I said I would give the three months - so will see?
They are not over the counter mixes but blends form a natural health doctor. There are about 10 herbs+ in each mix. I did notice a difference in my first AF while on them (no PMT, strong flow, no spotting before etc) but that was shortlived and last AF was back to normal (killer PMT, spotting etc) So maybe my system just got numb ot the effects quickly.

I am also taking a prenatal suplement that the natural health doc recommended which I reallly like - it is packed with all the usual vits + lots of organic herbs too - It is called Perfect Prenatal by New Chapter Organics (it is quite ££ though) If you google it loads of stuff about Gwyneth Paltrow comes up as she used it!!

I have also started having acupuncture.

So - can you tell I am geting desperate!!!

Would love to say I took all the herbs and got a BFP - but cant yet.

I think it depends where you live? - luckily I now live in smallish seaside town and my sessions cost £30 for one hour - I used to live in London and am sure it would have been at least double there
