Cycle day 26 and I'm on nuva ring busy wasn't refrigerated for a week

Hi,

I'm kind of weird out because I feel weird. My breast were super tender and sometimes I feel bloated and I don't have desire to see food or eat. Headaches are bad but I get them. I get horrible hot flashes at night which idk if it has anything to do with it. I have been on nuva ring for 3 months this was my last month before I go for follow up but we went through the hurricane and I noticed 2 weeks after having the ring on that the nuva ring was refrigerated as told due to the power outage. So now I have BFN and BFP and I'm confused. Anyone been through this up and down. I still have 5 days until my period as of today. Any suggestions or insights?

Cycle day 27 Woke up with huge headache pounding kind. I woke up but I'm not sleeping good at all even with medication that I was prescribed for my anxiety a long time ago and I still can't sleep. I'm feeling weird

If you had a bfp you've been/are pregnant. All you can do is test again to confirm either pregnancy or chemical. I'd recommend taking a digital when you're a couple days late. Then there is no denying the words in black and white.
