Last day of the 'five' is it still worth it to DTD

We are struggling with this conception lark. The whole thing has become a massive chore, which neither often feels like (on different days).

According to the MN ov calculator, today is the fifth green day.

Tell me it's still worth DTD someone - so we can get motivated :)

It certainly can't hurt!

@doje - yes, I know you're right - we are losing perspective somewhat :)

At school (aeons ago) the idea that this could actually be something a bit difficult was never even mentioned..

(and I have A level Biology)

If you are yet to ovulate then yeah it's defo DTD today Smile

I would not use an app to track ovulation. It's not accurate for your own personal cycle. Use OPK, ideally the digital ones as they are less fussy than cheapie ones and if you're serious about pin pointing a date, track your temperature (every morning as soon as you wake, ideally at the same time and without leaving your bed/moving around too much)

That way you'll know if you have a day to aim for in future cycles.

I definitely ovulate later than those things predict - fell pregnant both times on a what-the-heck-you-never-know-we-might-still-be-in-time shag :) go for it!

I would suggest carrying in for a day or 2 post your supposed ovulation window end, worked for me 3 times (2 mc and currently 12 and a bit weeks!)
