Back again! OPK HELP

Morning ladies back again after nearly 4 Years wow! Thinking of dabbling in #3! Done the dreaded whipped out the OPK. After a painful 2.5 years last time I want to get ahead and stay on track this time. Took first OPK yesterday nothing at all CD 10. Just took one this morning and defo a line which is (-) obviously but I so excited to see that little line again as iv just had my coil removed. Feel free to come join me as I debate is the line darker or enough and drive myself insane hehe! Happy banging lovelies xx

Really?! Just can never actually be sure with these strips why haven't I invested in clear blue??? Have you tested this AM? Xx

Yeah, they're confusing but I think that's positive for sure!

I haven't as I'm only CD6, I'll start with the Clearblue CD8 maybe, as I'm hoping to bring my ovulation forward from CD20. Maybe every other day initially but every day cd14 or so if no flashing smiley before then!

Yes it is for me because my ovulation isn't consistent so it means that I can have the full fertile window and not just the peak fertile when the OPK is positive. If you ovulate at around the same time each month it may not be worth it! It is expensive.

Does anyone have the perfect cycle?! I am like youreself it varied every month for a long time until I gave up as I was convinced I'd messed it up. Them boom positive! Xx

In that case the dual hormones might be helpful if you can spare the cash. Also means less angst about if OPKs positive!x

Okay took another defo (+) test is well darker than the control oh wow This just got even more exciting!!! Plus I defo feel different like mild ovulation pain.... 🤞

Very positive! The clear blue dual hormone looks for oestrogen as well so will give you a flashing smiley in the few days before your LH surge

I've got the ClearBlue ready for next cycle, hoping it tells me I do actually ovulate Grin I'm thinking about temping too but will need to look into it a bit more so I know what I'm doing with it!

Hi I use these - I discovered you need to test 2-3 times a day around your fertile time to catch the lines. I have done so this time and I though it was positive yesterday only to find it even darker today. I also take note of EWCM to as that helps predict it for me.

Maybe try the CB for a month to get to know your cycle along side the cheaper ones then next time use the cheaper ones as it dies get pricey!

Wow, that's a strong positive. I used the same test today and got a line that is quite strong but not as strong as the control line, but I guess that means it will be positive in a day or 2? They're confusing

I should have started using them earlier in my cycle to see what the line was like then.

The line is almost as strong as the control line but the one before that was even darker, so the earlier one was your positive. I wouldn't even bother continuing to test now.

Good luck and really hope you get your bfp in 2 weeks Smile

Glad you got your positive - I've just had one too, came up really quickly, cd16, we somehow managed to dtd last night between toddler wakings (unsettled in new room) so hopefully can fit it in tonight as well.

May your 2ww be as quick as possible haha...
