Has anyone had any day 21 blood tests done to measure progesterone levels? What were your results and what is the normal level?

Appreciate any help :-) x

Sunshine are you in the states?!

No I'm in the northwest.

I am on clomid 150mg due to pcos and no ovulation.
The doctor said they are working as my result is 18 and 14 or more confirms ovulation ???
Now I'm worried again ...

I had mine done over 3 cycles and it was 17 / 20 / 21. The timing was about right on all of them. The GP and receptionist said this was normal / satisfactory which I was confused about as the info I've read online said it should be higher!

Anyway once we were referred to the fertility unit the nurse said that is too low and they like it to be at least 28. She said it's likely I'm not ovulating some months. I do get positive opks and used to get a temp rise when I was doing bbt, and my periods are regular so all quite confusing! I had suspected low progesterone though as I only have a max 11 day luteal phase and always get spotting. I am going to be starting clomid soon if my HSG comes back ok. Really hoping it makes the difference!

Hi @passmethewine123 I know this is an ancient thread but I am in exact same situation as you. Did you ever find a solution for your low progesterone?
