No unfortunately not as you would not produce enough hCG to have any other symptoms. It's very very common and a real mind f when they refer to it as a pregnancy as the egg was never viable. It can happen before or after implantation. It's really sad but some people have them and never even realise as they usually just happen when AF is due or late if someone is irregular.

They account for 75% of all miscarriages to put it into perspective. I read however that they do not impact your fertility and are usually classed medically as an unsuccessful cycle. There's no reason, health permitting you couldn't try straight away again after one too.

I hope this helps. X

I had nausea and dizziness during the actual miscarriage part of it... but you've already listed the main ones...

I tested really early because it was my first post partum cycle and I wasn't sure when to expect my period and I got such a faint positive, I could barely believe it. I did a Hcg blood test with my OB (I'm not in the Uk) which confirmed I was 'in the early stages of pregnancy' but whilst I was in the waiting room, waiting to have a second blood test just 48 hours later, my period arrived.

I honestly think that if I hadn't tested so early, I would never have known as I had absolutely no symptoms.

Sorry if this has happened to you, it's a real mind fuck.
