No sign of 7 day bleed yet

Have been taking my pill at the same time every day without fail and have not had any unprotected sex while on any of the 7 day breaks. Usually take last pill Tues so usually by now there's been a bleed but still nothing although ive had all the signs its due ie cramping like normal
Any advice

You are covered in the 7 day breaks anyway. Nothing is 100% reliable though so you need to do a test I think. Cramping can actually be a sign of pregnancy ime (although obviously not always...!)

Took a test last time i was worried about this and was negative
Always get cramping before i start my 7 day break bleed even before i met my partner
Is it possible that they just become lighter

I think you probably need to talk to a nurse/ doctor tbh to get a proper answer to that :)

When I was on the pill I had a few random months when I didnt have a period. Was probably down to stress or hormones. If a test if negative in another 7 days then just wait for the next month and if you dont get that period do anoyther test and go to the drs.
