Well youll not release egg for another 12-24 hours and egg can be viable for up to 24 hours so don't see why not!

LunaNightSky · 10/03/2017 18:06

That's me out of the game AF came like clockwork. Oh well incentive to get fitter for next cycle Sad

BlueSpottyTiger · 10/03/2017 19:58

Sorry to hear that Luna x

bumphopes · 10/03/2017 21:39

Ah sorry Luna, don't worry, it soon comes around again. I find the time to next ovulation seems to go quicker than the 2WW.

Have you been trying for a while?

I'm 8DPO today. We made massive home cooked burgers tonight and I had 2...😏so if I am implanting, and notion of that is being masked by greedy stomach pains 🐷

Does anyone know how much implantation pains are supposed to hurt? I'm CD22 and curled up on the sofa with a hot water bottle with terrible cramp like pains. Like AF is on the way, but it's way too early for me.

Sazwest · 10/03/2017 22:01

@NiceCuppaTeaAndASitDown I'm the same I've been getting cramps on and off since dinner time. I'm not due AF till Friday 17th. I'm at work so can't use hot water bottle. Xx

BlueSpottyTiger · 10/03/2017 22:17

Just read that its chinese tradition to keep your socks on in bed to keep your body warm to help in the 2ww for implantation.. how random!

NiceCuppaTeaAndASitDown · 10/03/2017 22:27

Fingers crossed for you Saz. I'm testing slightly early on 16th as it's my birthday and if it's a BFN I want some wine (!), so hopefully we can hand hold next week.

NiceCuppaTeaAndASitDown · 10/03/2017 22:27

Not sure I could handle that tiger, I've been so warm the last few nights I've wanted the window open!

TeaPleaseBob · 10/03/2017 22:53

Sorry Luna, fingers crossed for April!

Socks on in bed sounds like torture to me, I'm always boiling and kicking covers off (can't sleep with windows open as DHexact opposite and always freezing!)

harryandharry · 11/03/2017 04:41

Hello everyone is it too late to join? I looked at the other threads but there were so many posts I didn't know where to start. I have just turned 31 and have been TTC #1 for four months but trying not to get too obsessed! This month I made a special effort, did a CB digital OPK, took evening primrose oil, etc, so I am feeling positive. AF due in 3 days according to the app on my phone or 7 days by my own calculations. So far the only symptom out of the ordinary is really bad pain in my shoulders and upper back but I guess that could be anything. Did anyone else have that in early pregnancy? I am trying not to get my hopes up because the disappointment can be pretty crushing.

NiceCuppaTeaAndASitDown · 11/03/2017 06:27

Welcome Harry!
Definitely not too late to join us, I think I've only had a couple of posts in here myself.

I'm also TTC#1 and have never been pregnant so I'm clueless on symptoms. For the last couple of days I've been getting tension headaches, wind (very unlike me) and AF style cramps for comparison though.

I've came off the pill in November, have been taking pregnancare and have the Ovia app but haven't tried anything more fancy in terms of temping and ovulation tests. Might try next month though, just to see if I can pinpoint ovulation.

Fayemay27 · 11/03/2017 10:44

Hi, can I join here too! I'm 30 and TTC #1. This is cycle 6 for me and af is now 3 days late. I tested on Wednesday but it was bfn, I think I might test again today.

I haven't had too much symptoms this month and I was ill over much of fw but the last couple of days I've had tender boobs and a lot of creamy cm which I never usually get at this point in my cycle. I've been googling this morning and I can't see anywhere that it's a symptom...think I'm going mad this month.

It's so nice to have others to talk too about this.

purplesmiler · 11/03/2017 12:55

Hi ladies I am currently in my tww my af is due on the 13th. I used to come on here all the time but I suffered an MC at 11 weeks and decided to focus on our wedding which was 2 weeks ago. We are hoping for a honeymoon baby but we will see. Enjoying our last day in the sunshine before flying home tomorrow. Good luck to all.

cottoncandee · 11/03/2017 18:35

@purplesmiler congratulations on your wedding! I am due on the 14th. I tested this morning tho and I am DPO 11 so I think I'm pretty much out for this cycle. A bit disappointing as my birthday is coming up next week and I was hoping this could be like the best birthday present ever for me. I had an mc in August 2015 and chemical pregnancy in November 2016 so I think even if I get a positive I will be bit nervous.

WantToGoingTo · 11/03/2017 19:37

Have my fingers crossed faye, it is so unfair when af keeps us waiting but yet bfn!

Hi harry and purple waves

I am officially in the tww now. Ovulation test negative today, not even a hint of a line and an empty circle on CB. So pretty certain I ovulated on Friday evening (woohoo as we dtd!). AF is due on 24th but think I will test on 20th when I am 10dpo as I got a bfp at 10dpo last time.

Feeling a little nervous/what-the-hell-are-we-doing despite being mega excited about baby number 2. Still no closer on finding a house to move in to. Had two viewings on our house today so fingers crossed. DH new job starts beginning of June, we won't have moved by then regardless but the thought of both of us doing a mega long commute is really quite frightening. I am hopefuly it will only be for a few months but still. Also realisation that I do actually have to sit my final exam for my professional qualification in June, and that fact that my organisation has just gone through a massive restructure (kept my job, phew!) does make it seem a little bit mental to be ttc! But then as DH says no time is ever the right time, which is true, and actually even if we haven't moved, in a year or so's time I am sure I won't be worrying about any of it! Just - aaahhhhhh as everything seems to always happen at once for us!

(but still really really hoping for a bfp. life is boring if it isn't a bit mental right?!)

QueenGiggles · 11/03/2017 19:37

Hello everyone :) welcome to the new people :) sorry for those who AF arrived for!

I was really crampy at ovulation time and it's not went away,I'm 5dpo now! Hoping i wont be so bad with symptom spooting this month and putting all my faith in ny fertility bracelets

2WW testing mid March?
BlueSpottyTiger · 12/03/2017 15:40

Hello everyone! Hope you are all well Smile
6dpo, can't wait to test although i dont think im pregnant this cycle.
When i got my bfp with dd it was 9dpo and i hadn't had an appetite that week before and i was absolutely shattered.. I dont feel anything atm except crampy which i never get before af usually but theres a first time for everything, right!?
What's everyone been up to this weekend!? X

BlueSpottyTiger · 12/03/2017 15:44

P.s love your bracelets QUEENGiggles x

QueenGiggles · 12/03/2017 16:40

Thank you! Let's hope they work!!

I'm finding since ttc I have more symptoms at AF an I thought but never noticed!! I'm driving myself crazy but fingers crossed your cramping is a good sign!!

Quiet weekend here tho spent last night having a glass or 2 of prosecco and watching hacksaw ridge! Great film xx

QueenGiggles · 14/03/2017 13:33

How's everyone getting on?

WantToGoingTo · 14/03/2017 13:49

4dpo today. Loaaaaads of creamy cm. fingers crossed!

TeaPleaseBob · 14/03/2017 16:22

Think I might be out. Tested on Saturday before holiday and got BFN but have had sore boobs, feeling bit naseous (had really bad morning sickness 1st time round) and really tired. Think AF starting though as had some spotting today, trying not to test again as feel I'm just setting myself up for disappointment. Will see what tomorrow brings, if no AF then will test.

Oldschool41 · 14/03/2017 16:44

I think I'm out this month too, I had very slight spotting yesterday day before AF and today heavier brown discharge so looks like I'll be trying for April now 😬

NiceCuppaTeaAndASitDown · 14/03/2017 16:49

I'm still in, and still trying to wait until Thursday to test as AF is due Friday.
I've had loads of cramps and headaches, but don't know if this is a sign. Also, the last day or so my skin has gone terrible - that could just be PMS though.
