Where's my period gone? Stopped BF but no sign

I only stopped breastfeeding DD (13 months) a few weeks ago so I probably seem very impatient, but I'm starting to get twitchy about when my period is going to return. I haven't had a hint of one since she was born and breastfeeding has been winding up gradually for a good while now. I wasn't doing more than a single bedtime feed for the last couple of months before I stopped BF totally.

Has anyone waited a while to see their period return and then been able to conceive again with no problems? How long did you wait? I think I need to be told to calm down and be patient.

I'm not pregnant BTW, I've POseveralS. I think I'm falling back down the TTC rabbit hole.

No one can tell you when, unfortunately. I know that doesn't sound very supportive, but the more stressed you get about it, the more it may be prolonged. It might be worth a quick trip to the GP? They might be able to help or at least be a listening ear...

No, I know you're right. Thanks for replying. I think it'd be a waste of the GP's time right now but I'll go in a couple of months if there's still no sign.
