Hi thought I would start a thread just for people to let out all the crazy feelings during ttc

Was was the result little? I thought it wouldn't bother me too much holding on to test but as I get nearer to Saturday the more impatient I am becoming. I'm 10 DPO tomorrow but really want to hold out until the weekend before testing. With my daughter I got a BFN the day AF was due and the day after. Then re-tested in the evening after my 2nd BFN and it was a very bright BFP! Very odd!

Im hoping I tested too early yesterday as I got a BFN so will wait till Monday - 3 days after AF is due and test again. Desperately trying not to symptom spot & get my hopes up again this month

Forgot to say Niks, I did the same with my LO: BFN on Monday. BFP Tuesday!

It's crazy how much difference a few hours makes. I was totally gobsmacked at the BFP because my bfn was done that morning with fmu. My boobs were soooo sore though that I thought I'd test agin, never expected to see the BFP though.
My boobs are not half as tender this time though. The period type cramps are quite bad today and AF due between Thursday and Monday. I guess I'll know for sure this time next week?!? I hope!

Niks mine was negative at 4am - was a clearblue digital one.

I'm still not having any cramps that would suggest the arrival of AF.

This will be my first pregnancy so I have nothing to compare it to, would have though I'd get a positive by now though at 15DPO.
I'd try and wait as long as you can ... saves disappointment.

As I say I'm trying not to symptom spot, but... I have lower left side pain today which I'm sure I remember with DS. Come on Monday... and please no AF beforehand.

I've got 2 daughters, both pregnancies were very different at the beginning. I feel like AF is on its way because the cramps are very period pain like. But I normally have spotting by now and I haven't had any, and I don't usually feel so sick and nauseous at certain smells. Really really unsure. I just want to know!!! One way or the other.

How bizarre little. I definitely would have thought you'd have a BFP by now. 15 DPO and AF late and all the other symptoms you mentioned. It's awful being uncertain. I wish I had an answer for you huni. Xx

I just want to know so I can prepare either way!

niks im the same - I usually have spotting the day before my AF but that hasn't appeared yet - I'm hoping for both of us that it doesn't!

Hopefully the rest of this week will go by fast little. I've got everything crossed for both of us! I'm having real aversions to certain foods and smells at the moment. With my first daughters pregnancy I couldn't stand gravy from very early on. It just seems so silly it's so early!

Completely gone now little. Bright red spotting last night, not a thing today. Nipples still very tender, still smelling everything and nauseous. So I may still be in with a chance.

no sign of AF for me either, but to be honest not having any symptoms apart from bloating and nausea.

Have you booked some bloods little? It's so confusing not knowing are your cycles always on time?

Going to give it another week then book myself in for a blood test.

Your symptoms sound so promising, it's just so strange that your still getting bfn little. Have you tried different brands of pg tests?

I've been feeling pretty sick all day, crampy but no spotting at all. I think I'm going to test Saturday, if I can last that long. I was originally going to test Monday which is a day after AF is due. My cycle before last was only 27 days. Cd27 is tomorrow. But don't want to test to early. As my last cycle was 31 days I should wait til Monday but because of my weekend plans I'm testing Saturday.

I'm trying to wait till Saturday too, otherwise I've spent £50 on pregnancy tests already this week!
I've done the cheap online ones, clear blue digital and first response... Kind of running out of options.

Haha £50!! Wow. How many was that for? I've got 3 in my drawer, I plan on using 1 Saturday if AF doesn't show. If no result and no AF by Monday I'll test again. 3 sleeps until my first test. I've not told hubby any of this. I'm hoping to surprise him if I get a BFP I've got a plan

My partner knows. Mostly because it's my primary focus at the moment! And we both agreed to start trying from January this year

I've been off bc since April but we've had a relaxed approach to ttc. But I know this month we've dtd over the fertile window which the previous months we didn't. And I feel different this month. But we both said it will happen when it happens we are in no rush.
But if I get a BFP this month then when we are in Disneyland (we go next week) I was going to get him to stand with our girls for a photo by the magic kingdom and I was going to pull out of my bag a teeny babygrow that has #3 coming soon whilst I take a picture to capture the look on his face!!

No, not tested yet. It's cd28 but my cycles are between 27-32 normally so wanted to wait til nearer the 31 which will be Sunday. I'm testing Saturday though because I'm out for a hen do in the evening. No signs of AF then little?

Morning. Still no sign of AF. Feeling really nauseous and woke up at 5.30 absolutely bursting for a wee. I was so tempted to test but managed to stay strong! I'll be testing tomorrow morning how are you little? Ladies....on the thread, where are you up to in your cycles? How is everyone dealing with the emotions of either BFP or BFN?
