Just as my title says as of today I am starting my TTW. I wish I could just sleep until now till then. Good luck anyone else starting there's.

Deffo not implantation, but I appreciate your positivity charlotte. It's very heavy and pouring out when I go to the loo ( sorry if you're eating).

Can I join this thread please? I'm hoping to get pregnant with #2, period due on Monday 25/4 or Tuesday 26/4, tested yesterday with superdrugs early test and got a BFN... Going to test again tmr, fingers crossed for everyone here hoping for a BFP!

Hi guys... Frazzle, I responded to you last night but for some reason it didn't post.. How annoying. I just said my bleeding didn't resemble a normal AF. I am going to test on Wednesday. Something is telling me to so I guess I should listen to it. I'm still crampy on my right side and in my back, my boobs are really sore now and I'm sleeping way more than normal so there has to be a reason for it. I am close to ovulation time so that might be it, but these symptoms have been with me since last month. The only one that disappeared was nausea. Anyway... I'm so sorry about the bleeding, I think it's realistic to assume a chemical given + pregnancy tests. Big hugs sweetie. Xxx

Hey Fran ...this limbo is annoying for sure but I think the hardest right now is between DH and I. He said fine I guess we don't have sex then until we decide what's going on as he's allergic to latex reason we always did pull out. I m ready now - he's not. I'm afraid I won't be when he is. I take inconsideration more my risks the babies risk and such the longer we wait. He is thinking more that's he's 80% ready.... This has taken him years to get too.

Wish I knew how to deal with this.

Luv... I'm 43, have two grown up kids from my first marriage and I'm not in a "serious" relationship with DP. We have been pregnant before but it ended in MC. I wouldn't be parenting with him, but as its predominantly his choice we don't use CB it's he knows the risks. Well he's a science teacher so I hope he does. Lol

I'm so torn what to do or how to handle the situation. I have let it be with him for now. Honestly if he try's to have sex I either assume he's ok if I get pregnant or I say something at the time like so??? The chance is always there with pull out and I have made myself clear where i stand. Thoughts?

My thoughts are if he's taking evasive action everytime he's probably not quite ready yet. However, if he's sporadic with the pull outs he might as well not bother at all and should know the risks. Does he say he's 100% anti having a baby? Also, I'm allergic to latex so I use the hypo-allergenic ones... Have you tried them?

It's the powder. We have used the reality ones for females but they get expensive.

The issue really is is that he wants a baby but not ready. 80% there but that has taken him years to get too. Until he's 100% he would want me to abort. That's my main problem!!

Have you been to the family planning clinic to ask about alternatives?

I think it sounds like your OH is throwing out some confusing signals re making babies. I guess a sit down with him would be a good idea. Put your cards on the table and talk about how you feel and the tick tock of your biological clock. See if you can get him to commit to a discussion again in six months... But also discuss a more reliable form of contraception while you wait if he doesn't want any surprise babies. Men have no idea about the stress of the TWW if you want a baby. Sorry if I sound patronising, I'm not meaning to. X

I'm due my period a week today and I'm hoping it doesn't appear. I'm unsure if it's possible to feel different this early. I caved and took a test today and unfortunately got a bfn.. Although I knew I would.

I've had serious back pain, stomach pains, today I've felt rubbish all day! I've eaten but I still feel hungry and my boobs are a bit sore too.
I'm not sure if I'm just sending myself insane but I'm hoping this is my month.

Another BFN today with an early test from Superdrugs (AF is expected around tmr...) I'm still having my fingers crossed but should manage my expectation.

I'm seeing the consultant this afternoon and GP this morning. My bleeding is very very heavy which is surprising considering I would have only been about 4 weeks so I'm going to the GP to check that it's normal to lose so much blood, also just to update my medical records.

I'm also going to disappear seeing as I'm no longer in the TWW. You've all been wonderful and I'm sure I'll see you all around either on the conception or pregnancy boards soon.

Hi all, I think I may have had my implantation bleeding yesterday although I can't be certain, according to ovia I have 4 days until I can test, I took one yesterday and it was negative obviously ...

I had a small amount of very very light blood at half 10 yesterday morning.. Nothing since ... Does this sound about right?

I got a positive for an ovulation test yesterday morning. Had loads of (great) sex, just wondering - how soon can I take a test? I'm a tad bit impatient haha

AF was due yesterday, another BFN this morning. Will need to buy more test... Any recommendation on brands? I tried superdrugs early test that's supposed to work up to 4 days early and tested 1 and 3 days before AF. Negative. Used a normal Boots one today, negative. Since AF is late can I just buy any brand?

Fingers crossed.. With my little girl I used the cheapest test, think it was a pound shop one .. And then with my last pregnancy it was a cheap test.. I never got a result on a clear blue until a week or so after my period was due
