What is the longest after AF is due anyone has waited for a BFP?

So I'm 3 days late.

Usually I'm like clockwork even sow to the time of day. I have various symptoms of early pregnancy although we all know these could also be pre-AF symptoms even though they are different to what I usually have.

Have tested several times and all BFN except one that had a line come up but after the testing period so cant be relied on.

Has anyone ever had a BFN 3 days after AF was due and has gone on to get a BFP or should I stop hoping now?

Mine was almost 8 weeks!!

No idea why but my DS is 5 months old now.

AF arrived yesterday

But I did some research before and apparently HCG levels can vary massively and quite a few women don't test positive until up to five weeks!
