Just want somewhere to chat about it really! AF 2 days late - not wildly unusual but the last few months have been very regular - and not having any of the pre-menstrual symptoms I usually have...but equally not having any 'pregnancy' symptoms. I tested FMU yesterday and today and both BFN. Anyone else in the same boat at the moment? Cake

I'm not actually sure. Can't see anything marked on them and the enclosed instructions are generic and just say 10 or 20 'depending on which test you have purchased'.

gingerruthie · 05/03/2016 11:46

Oh ok. Well I know superdrug's early ones and first response both test at 10. So maybe wait a few days and get one of those? Xx

Heyheyheygoodbye · 06/03/2016 09:15

Still nothing this morning! I was slightly hoping for a Mothers' Day miracle, bah.

underrugsswept · 06/03/2016 09:33

Bah. Spotting now. Not unexpected though, just glad to get on with it after a 36 day cycle!

LittleGreyCatwithapinkcollar · 06/03/2016 09:37

Unclear result this morning for me. Probably evaps, but on two tests. Darker after the 5 mins but possibly visible during. But still so faint I'm probably imagining them!!

gingerruthie · 06/03/2016 11:36

That's me out. AF arrived yesterday. Atleast I'm not in limbo anymore. Confused

beansonbread · 06/03/2016 12:21

I'm in the same boat! Normally have 34-36 day cycles and currently on day 40 with no pg or af signs! It's doing my head in!!! I've poas everyday for the last week or so and absolutely nothing, I just want to know either way.

Rememberallball · 06/03/2016 13:34

Pataouf, yes it can be the case even with regular cycles. In my case I had bloods done January, March and May for various reasons and the first 2 lots had progesterone levels so lie it was indicative of anovulatory cycles whereas in May they were acceptable for having ovulated. My cycle was regular at 30 days throughout

Tryingtowait · 06/03/2016 16:37

Hi guys,

I'm kinda in a similar boat but I know I have pcos as well. I'm currently cd32 and I thought I ovulated cd14 based on temps. I haven't temped since cd27 though as been at my parents since then on holiday. I say bd'ed on cd 17 to make sure I had a good chance (at least eod before that) then we took a break and did it once on cd 27 as a goodbye thing. Now got no chance until at least weds when I get home and no idea if I ovulated or if it's an annulvatory (sp?) cycle or what I'm doing. I took a test today which would be 17dpo and got bfn. My cycles despite the pcos since having my son in 2012 have been quite regular. So no idea what to do if I should visit gp etc. Been having cramps for a week, no sore boobs so just lost. Sorry for a long post just needed a rant!

Heyheyheygoodbye · 06/03/2016 19:50

Hi Trying, isn't it a pain! I think GP if you seem to go to your next AF date without one...but obviously I hope for a BFP for you!

Sorry Ginger and others who are out Flowers sending you better luck for next month!

beansonbread · 07/03/2016 06:20

Seriously day 41 now and absolutely no signs or symptoms of anything. No AF and a BFN to go with it. I'm getting fed up now!

Heyheyheygoodbye · 07/03/2016 07:24

Same here beans - CD 39, no AF, no symptoms, and BFN day after day. Such a pain! I just want AF to get here, if it's going to, so we can try again!

OP posts:
broodypsycho · 07/03/2016 09:20

I was 3 days late and though I knew AF was on her way you still get that glimmer of hope. It's torture Sad

beansonbread · 07/03/2016 16:35

I'm so sick of seeing only one line on test strips but yet not starting a period. At this point I don't care which way I go, I'm just sick of being in limbo.
Anyone know if it's possible to skip a period completely? Beginning to wonder if that's what's happened!

Heyheyheygoodbye · 07/03/2016 18:38

Same beans. It's shit. Got two attractive zits on my chin now and feel very weepy so AF approacheth, I know it 😔

OP posts:
beansonbread · 07/03/2016 18:53

Heyheyhey, my skins been awful and my emotions have been all over the place so empathise completely! From hour to hour I go from thinking 'AFs on her way' to 'I must be pregnant!' I've even bought a different brand of pg tests today to make sure the ones I've used weren't faulty. Fingers crossed!!

beansonbread · 07/03/2016 21:11

Well I couldn't wait for FMU tomorrow so tested tonight with a different brand (not just ICs!) and as predicted...BFN! How rubbish! What action will CD 42 bring tomorrow?

Vb87 · 08/03/2016 07:32

Hey can I join? I'm 4 days late and had 4 BFN. No idea if I ovulated this month as all the strips were neg, but I've had some of the "symptoms", sore nipples, stomach cramps, tiredness...I keep getting period like pains and thinking that AF is on the way but nothing! Like someone said, if it's not BFP then I just want AF out the way to we can try again. Confused

Patapouf · 08/03/2016 21:22

Still no AF, and a total of 3 BFN so far. Haven't tested since Fri/Sat so I'll test again tomorrow. App says I'm CD47 Next AF due date is approaching next week so I suppose that will tell me if February was an anovulatory fluke/something else odd.

Flowers for those that had a BFN

LittleGreyCatwithapinkcollar · 08/03/2016 21:52

Hi ladies, sorry so many of you are still in limbo. Cd50 and finally a bfp for me. I hope we got some more lines for you all soon Flowers

Heyheyheygoodbye · 08/03/2016 22:17

Oh Little how wonderful! Yay for you!! GrinGrinGrinGrin

OP posts:
Heyheyheygoodbye · 08/03/2016 22:18

Patapouf · 08/03/2016 22:30

Congratulations little!!!!

Vb87 · 09/03/2016 07:31

AF came in the night...at least the wait is over and we can start TTC again. Fingers crossed for you ladies!

beansonbread · 09/03/2016 07:44

Congratulations Little!
VB, at least you know where you're at now. Fingers crossed for this cycle.
I'm on CD43 and still nothing. I'm starting to wish we'd kept BDing further into the month. I got to where I'd normally find AF and then we held off but if I ov'd late then I've missed this cycle completely. Ah well, suppose there's always next cycle! Can't help but feel down about it all though!
