Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS)/ Hughes syndrome - caused 2 early miscarriages

Hi

I had 2 very early miscarriages, both at 5 weeks.

I had blood tests done and the doctor said I had high anticardiolipin antibodies levels. Levels are 16. Normal range is up to 10.

I have to do another test as he thinks I may have antiphospholipid hughes syndrome which causes blood to clot and causes early miscarriages.

Has anybody else had APS?
How were you treated?
Any successful pregnancy/birth stories?
Did you need any additional/special treatment?

I've had an MC and an MMC in the last 18 months. Although I don't know the cause, I've started taking 75mg aspirin ("baby" aspirin) as a preventative means. I've heard of Hughes syndrome and understand that women who have it are often recommended to take small amounts of aspirin daily - could it be sonething worth looking into?
