so....what have we heard about agnus castus then? anything good at all?

one of my friends swears by agnus castus, so i thought i would give it a go. i have heard lots of bad things, but for some reason i am still taking it. i was planning to take it until ovulation and then stop. am i mad?

You should not self medicate with AC as it can affect hormone levels markedly. This is particularly so if polycystic ovaries or PCOS has been previously diagnosed.

If you really want to try this then it is best to seek the advice of a medical herbalist.

I am always really wary of self medicating with any kind of supplement. They can be very potent and while I am not saying you will not benefit from them, I agree with Atilla, you should seek the advice of a trained herbalist.

What bad things have you heard?? I googled it and a brief skim down the list it looked like there was plenty of positive things being said?? But if you have heard any bad things, then I would say be even more cautious!
