Geek - how embarrassed am I? talk about teaching your Granny to suck eggs! so sorry. Does that mean though that you can solve my problem? I am trying to move my software to another computer without losing my past cycles, how can I move them?

Temp dropped by .3 this morning

Oh 3cats honey, I hope this is your month too. Although, if your DH is so anti another child, will you still go through with the fertility appointment? Or is it the MIL influence that is causing him to change his mind do you think? This really isn't my place to say, but what on earth has it got to do with your MIL how many children you have?? And how poisonous to say one thing to you and then rant at DH... did you tell your DH that she was being 2faced? Bug hugs!! My MIL is a pain too, and always has to stick her beak in, but thankfully my DH never listens to her. And knows what she is like. But then she doesn't know anything about us ttc and I intend to keep it that way.

seaside72 · 11/03/2007 18:23

3cats - MIL who'd have em! I must say that I count myself lucky that mine is completely disinterested in our lives! My DH is closer to my mum than to his own. I def think you need to challenge your DH about his about turn on TTC, my tip is always to express how it makes you feel, as calmly as poss, rather than attack MIL or DH - ie his change of heart and actions make you feel undermined by his mother and make you feel like he values to her opinion above yours etc Good luck!

nomoremagnolia Well done for posting your charts I think last months looks pretty perfect actually and I would think you will see a gradual temp drop over the next 1-2 days

cityangel · 12/03/2007 10:35

Oh what a difficult time 3catsoo. I hate it when people are 2 faced like that! I don't have much experience in dh persuasion. Maybe find a way to tell him how you feel once things have settled down a bit maybe he will come round.

Ready you haven't upset me you'd have to go some to do that! Holiday destination we've picked is Miami but we may not go depending on if I get a new job and when I change jobs.

I bought the wrong cheese online so took the blue cheese I didn't want to my Mum's (they like it) she instantly assumed I was pregnant so that was a funny conversation that quickly ended when I drunk wine in front of her

I still need to replace my thermometer battery to start getting more accurate readings... must do that today!

3catstoo · 12/03/2007 13:41

Hi Cityangel, Funny story about the cheese. I bet your Mum was kicking herself afterwards.

My MIL is a bit of a funny whatsit on the best of days.

DH was already going off the idea of number 4 though. Not that he was ever keen on it but after 18 months of pressure from me he decided to let nature take it's course and stop using condoms. On Saturday he said he won't be doing that anymore.

I will give it another 2-3 weeks and if by the time AF (which hopefully won't arrive) is over he hasn't caved in a bit, I will cancel my appt and let someone who can make more use of it have it .

The idea that this is my last chance ahs made me go out and buy more tests . So tested again today, bfn.
Blood test results are back but the Doctor hasn't looked at them yet so I can't have them. I have to call again tomorrow.

I do feel like AF is on it's way (and I still tested, proving that I have totally lost it!)

Thanks for all of your support in the MIL area.

cityangel · 13/03/2007 10:11

That's soo tough 3catsoo. I think its a very difficult situation and I can't imagine how difficult it is. Let us know how you get on?

3catstoo · 13/03/2007 13:00

Hello again.

Well I got my blood test results back today.
The doctor had noted that the progesterone levels were satisfactory. It was 65.3.
Now I need to read back on this thread to the explanation of the figure.

Yes, Cityangel, it is a difficult situaation, both DH and myself. Hopefully we will come to some agreement (and hopefully in my favour ).

3catstoo · 13/03/2007 13:07

After re reading the thread. Natty said that on day 21 if the progesterone is above 14 then it is a sign of Ov having occurred. Hers went upto 66 when on Clomid. So I guess I can safely assume I'm ov'ing.
At least that's happening.

LL when is your day 21 blood test. You mentionned it was later this month?

MrsMcJnr · 13/03/2007 18:29

Hello Ladies I am sorry that I have been so crap at keeping up with you and I am especially sorry to hear you are having a hard time at the mo 3cats. Good to hear the progestrone test went well. I've posted my chart on the thread and am trying to get back into the swing of TTC again, bear with me! Here's to lots of BFPs soon.

Thanks Lottie. You know, the doctors in Spain are pretty good at fertility stuff apparently, yes you have to pay but it is not as much as over here. One of my childhood friends was just telling me how they managed to save her ovary after an ectopic in a way that's unheard of in the UK. Might be worth a quick MOT when you are over there? many speak perfect English x

MrsMC big hugs. We missed you but obviously don't wish for anyone to come back I hope you're alright. How is dh? and your job/ house stuff?

Thanks for your kind wishes. I had a really rough cold that's gone now Next week is fertile week but its looking hectic in the evenings

We're off to the fertility specialist hostpital unit next month to start the tests etc. Hoping it works before then but am getting resigned to being patient now.

London Lottie here are some Spanish options ole!

Learndirect

Open_Univeristy

Linguaphone

3catsoo how's it going? Ready now I am worried about you too, ok? How is everyone else? Off to chart spot.

MrsMcJnr · 14/03/2007 11:10

Thanks CityAngel I?m ok, just taking each day as it comes as is DH. It keeps coming back into my mind and knocking me for six. My new job is good thanks, people are lovely and I?m enjoying the work. I feel bad, I have only been here 3 months and have been off quite a bit but they?ve been so lovely about it. I feel bad posting on here during work hours but I need the break from the work as I?m still not firing on all cylinders, this is my first day back since the MC and I am finding it tough. I?m just so exhausted. The house sale is slow, we?ve had some interest but nothing concrete, let?s hope Spring brings them in in their droves.

Glad to hear that you are feeling better can you cancel any of those things next week to give you both more time together? I know that I found work night outings the killer for making time for other things

In one way I?m pleased for you that you?ve got the appointment to get things moving but in another I am sorry that it might have come to that. Please stay positive, this could be your lucky month. It happens to so many people ? the knowledge of the appointment seems to have a good effect

Ready · 14/03/2007 14:06

Sorry ladies... I have been really busy!
I have updated my chart... so you can have a good look now... nothing interesting yet, temp wise... just the calm before the storm

Fingers crossed for everyone...

3catstoo · 14/03/2007 14:20

Hi MrsMc, Big Hugs to you.

I was wondering where BBW was too. Not heard from her for ages.

No more news here. Not really talked to DH about the situation since the weekend. AF is due on Friday so I probably won't feel like talking to him about it then. I've had a migraine for 2 days. A sign that AF is on it's way. I've had 3 -ve tests this week. No more tests left now and I'm not wasting anymore money on them. I was testing too early anyway but after DHs comments at the weekend I just wanted to have a BFP so much.

It's just a waiting game for a few of us right now. Fingers crossed.

Take it easy MrsMc.

MrsMcJnr · 14/03/2007 14:34

Glad you are ok Ready

Hi 3cats wish things were easier for you at the mo hon.

OP posts:
Ready · 14/03/2007 14:37

3cats... I meant to say, my earlier post, I hope you didn't think I meant you should give up your appointment? I think you should keep it, because your DH may change his mind again and then you'd have to join the back of the queue. I hope he does change his mind.
