Hi lovely ladies,

Turning to you all for a bit of a cheer up and some advice.

So I'm starting clomid this month, I was the lady from a previous post who had her tubes cleared under lap and dye. Now I have confirmed PCO (very big ones by all accounts, under a scan I had 19 follicles on each side) I've been prescribed clomid, 50mg.

Does anyone have positive experiences to share? Or anything I should know?
Any thoughts on OSHH or if you think that having 38 follicles it's a good idea?!

I've hit a MASSIVE low recently, lots of tears and upset. I feel like clomid will put me back in control a bit.

Thanks girls, hope all of you are ok xxxxxx

I could have written your post 4 years ago I have PCO (not the syndrome) and tubes cleared and lap and dye. First month I was on 25mg of clomid which didn't work but as soon as I was given 50mg it worked first time and we now have a wonderful 3 year old. I hope it works quickly for your too x. It is such a hard experience I really feel for you going through it.
It didn't work for us for us to have a second but to be honest we didn't push it any further as we have our miracle baby and to be honest I just couldn't manage to go through all the heartache again.

@florin thanks for your comment, that is hopeful. I think a lot of the frustration is the limbo land of it all. I'm crossing my fingers, action is better than sitting and waiting. Glad you have your daughter x
