Implant removal, emergency contraception, still no bleed? Pregnant?

Hi everyone :)

I'm new here and was looking for some advice.

I had my implant taken out on 23/2/15 so nearly 3 weeks ago. The doctor I went to said she wanted to give me 3 months of no hormonal contraception to give my body a break due to how badly I reacted to the implant. So since that time, my partner and I have been using condoms.

However, the night after I got my implant taken out my partner and I slept together and the condom stayed inside me ( sorry if this is all tmi!!) I took the emergency contraceptive pill 30 hours after it happened, I know that's late to take it Confused
The person who gave me the morning after pill said that I didn't bleed within 3 weeks of taking that pill, to take a PT. Having the implant made my periods really unpredictable, there was definitely no routine to them. I could go month without a period or bleed for weeks at a time.

But I still haven't bled! I have had some discharge recently ( again sorry if tmi) nothing nasty or worrying, just not something I usually have. I know that that is something that can be a sign of pregnancy. Also the non existent periods are a worry too.

As it hasn't been 3 weeks yet, I'm thinking on Monday I should take a pt?

Any ideas from anyone? I'm really grateful for any advice xx

I would take the test but wouldn't be surprised if it was negative. The implant plus the hormones in the morning after pill are likely to play havoc with your cycle. (morning after pill can be taken up to 72 hours after sex so you weren't that late taking it)

It can take months upon months for your periods to return to normal after implant removal, so I wouldn't take that as a sign of pregnancy.

Obviously you should take one just to put your mind at rest, but I'd be highly surprise if it was positive.
