Private gynaecological ultrasound / Fertility MOT

Have you had one, and if so where?

We want to get this done privately as there are just too many hoops to jump through with NHS, and we 'got lost in the system' for at least a year. We have been TTC for at least two years. Angry

Anywhere in London/Oxfordshire/Berkshire would be fine with us.

Thanks in anticipation.

Hi Snowbells,
I had a fertility MOT at City Fertility in Farringdon. Found them really good to deal with. The MOT included a blood test, scan and a consultation afterwards. Got the results nice and quickly and would recommend.

Hi Trixie, just looked at their website! was it just £200 for a female MOT? Do you kind me asking how long it took for the tests, and how long it took to get back to you? If it's that straight-forward I would be very tempted!

TIA

*mind

Yep. The tests were pretty quick. They took some history, had the ultrasound scan (internal btw) and then blood test. Don't think it took more than 25 mins/half an hour. I had to wait about half an hour the first time I went in but they apologised profusely and when I went back for the consultation I went straight it. They tell you about the scan results there and then and you go through the blood test results at the consultation. Its been a little while since I went but think it was less than 2 weeks later.

Thanks Trixie!

Off to look at their website.
