So it's not quite 6am and I've been awake since 3... Having only finally dropped off at half 12... And this is the third night in a row that I've had a crazily bad nights sleep and I'm wondering whether it's that I'm just not getting enough exercise, still recovering from the bad cold I've had for the past week, or whether it's anxiety and pregnancy obsession driving me to madness or, obviously, whether I might finally actually be pregnant?!! I'm usually the kind of person who naps on the bus to work / standing up on the tube etc etc so this is very out if character. I've also noticed that my boobs feel different - a bit harder and painful around the sides. Has anyone else ever experienced insomnia as a sign at this (very) early stage?
