Strong positive on opk test but supposed to be due on in 3 days ??

Well I just used the opk test as I was bored and I have loads so thought I'd be curious ! But it has come out a strong positive but I am supposed to be on in a few days ? Anyone had problems with opk tests ?

You might be pregnant. Opks will turn positive if the pregnancy hormone is detected. Any chance you might be? Have you any spare pregnancy tests?

Well I took one 6 days ago and it was negative which I knew anyway as I thought I'd missed this months but it's the first time I have used them as was waiting till after my next period to properly start, I do have spare tests so I will take one in the morning! But I now think im overthinking everything and I don't want to get my hopes up !

Agree with pp but also a more disappointing possibility is that opks are not accurate for you because of a hormone imbalance. I have pcos and it causes false positives sometimes. Good luck though!
