symptoms of pregnancy but negative result?

Hiya, I'm new to this so all advice welcome! :)
I'm 20 years old and I've been off the contraceptive implant for 3 months now. Me and my fiance are trying to get pregnant with baby number 1 :) and we're both so excited! The past few weeks I haven't been feeling myself. I've been getting lower back pains, sensitive breasts, bad headaches and have gone off fatty foods altogether. My period is due next Friday so its too early to test positive. I was just wondering what everyone else thinks? All thoughts are welcome!xx

Hi there, to be honest some pregnancy tests dont work more so in early stages even tho period date has past, when i was pregnant i had a period but it was very light but i knew i was pregnant because of my breast was SO tender, i took a test from the pound shop yes the pound shop it came up positive but my friend took a test a year or two after it came up negative but not long aft she found out she was pregnant, its hit and miss with them.. wait for your period even a few days aft it is due then make an appointment with your doctor if there is any change or nothing at all. most women just kno anyway because its there body

also you need to question how your periods have been for the last 3 months was it a hormonal implant? i have no idea about that type of implant..
