Hey girls I'm 5DPO! It feels like it's taken ages even to get to this point! Had a free symptoms ie bloating, peeling a lot! And sicky feelings here and there!
Anyone wanna join me in this horrible waiting phase?

I had a chemical last cycle when I made this thread, I have no idea how many DPO I am I think I'm around 10ish! But thank you hoping this one sticks xxx

Can I ask you knowledgable ladies a question? Do you carry on dtd all the way through your cycle or stop once you think you have ovulated? I don't know exactly when I ovulate so don't want to stop too soon iyswim

Jackandjilly; I do it until I get confirmed OV by 3 high temps, just every other day though. We started off doing it every day at beginning of the week but was too much!

If I ov on the 8th so I'm about 7dpo when is the earliest I can test, coz I've done SI this month so it's bought ov earlier but I'm still guessing av will be 24th could I test on Sunday or would it be to early

Hi ive been following this thread and just seen you ask about how soon you can test. I ovulated on day 10 of my cycle so i had 18 days to wait till AF was due. I tested 7dpo and got a BFN tested 12dpo and another BFN so was upset as loads of sites said you can test that early and get a positive. The day AF was due i had 1 test left so thought may aswell try it and i got BFP :-)

So even tho its hard i think your better off waiting till your due to avoid any disapointment from a false negitive.

To Jackandjilly's question, I'm definitely keeping up dtd past ov this month mainly because I'm not 100% sure of ov timing, so don't want to take the risk... Last month I started feeling really bloated and queasy from about 7 dpo, so really wasn't in the mood after that anyway.

Sakes; not on a 2ww yet! Only 2 temp rises (1 booze induced). Lots of cm started up last night though so back to DTD! OH has been really supportive & getting down to it when he's tired because I haven't quite fathomed out my fertile signs yet!

Tidge! That's so great! Congratulations to you! Going to start dtd tonight day 8 of cycle and keep going every other day for as long as possible, that's my method! 2nd cycle doing this, hubby loving it...! Praying it works!

Ladies ... Hope you don't mind me jumping in! I'm useless at the whole 2ww thing and need some advice.

This is only my first month off the pill so it's the first time I've hopefully ovulated and will have a normal af. I have no idea when I ovulated as not tracking because it's early days...

So my ovia app says fertile window was last week and since the 12th my bbs are killing, I've had lots of cm on 12th and 13th with blood streaks, and I've now had constant cramping and back ache for three solid days. Are these just symptoms after ovulation?! Af according to app is due Tuesday 23rd.

Just don't know what to expect. :)

If you've not had a period yet then presumably Ovia will go by averages? So a 28 day cycle & ov-ing on day 14?

You may be very lucky (it does happen!) and find yourself getting a bfp by the 23rd or you may find yourself waiting until AF arrives. How long were you on the pill Boyle?

Was on it for 11 years?! Originally went on for acne... Don't know what to think really as normal af symptoms are new to me too but we dtd about 8 times mid cycle so I could be really lucky. Just not going to get my hopes up until see that bfp. Don't even know when to test... Will just go for 28 days since withdrawel bleed and see how I go :)

When I came off the pill I had pg & AF symptoms for 3 months because of all the hormones, I got neither!

OV finally happened 75 days later after I used soy to get it going.

If no-oneinds, is it ok to do a roll call of your cd/dpo? Anyone testing at Xmas or NewYears?

I'm 2dpo (I think!) probably test Xmas day but only because I'm hoping to have a drink but most definitely before New Years

I'm about 8 dpo and absolutely no symptoms whatsoever. I'm tired but that's probably because I have a poorly toddler. I'm due af Monday or Christmas Day. I was hoping to surprise Dh on Christmas Day but I think I'm out this month.

Stats are 33,ttc#4,cycle2,BFP due 25/12/14

Not sure about testing before Christmas - I'd originally thought about testing New Year's Day, but I'm not convinced I'll hold out quite that long if I start feeling proper symptoms again.

Beautician is your bfp an estimation of a 28 day cycle or your own cycle?

Oops I'm cycle 3 Christ I've lost count already

Loopy I usually have a 31 day cycle but last month was 36 days. I think that was probably caused by coming off the pill before the end of the packet

Lets not do twin cp this month though Loopy - that was taking it a bit far....
