Testing at 10DPO BFN - tell me how yours turned into a BFP a few days later!!!

Have been TTC for a year since a MC. Am on Femara, Menopur, Ovitrelle, COQ10 and progesterone. This is the 4th month. I’m 10DPO and tested with an internet dip stick which was BFN this morning….please tell me your stories of testing around this time and getting the same result, only to test again when told to by the Dr at day 14 to get BFP!!!!! Trying to keep chin up, happy face and all of that but having a really hard time today…could sob into my keyboard…..

I tested all the way to 5+5 but didn't get a BFP until 6 weeks pregnant. Must have been very late ovulation I think.

Wow! Ive been scanned through the cycle so I knew when I was going to ovulate...I think in my case its another bloody month of bugger all happening...
