Hello all.
Mooley sorry the witch got you. Next month WILL be our month.
Def try temping baffers, it takes a lot of the guess work away once you get the hang of it.
Whit- there are a lot of good books re: temping. I swear by Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. Explains it all there. Or I think wharm linked another up thread somewhere.
Or you can just Google 'basal body temperature charting' and I'm sure you will get all the info you need but it's basically taking your temp every morning when you wake up, before you've even moved. The theory is that your temps are on the low end of the chart before you ov, then once you ov they jump up to the higher end of the chart where they stay until the day of AF when they drop or if you are pg they remain high all the way through. Temps are no good for predicting ov- that's where looking at cm and opks are good but they do tell you when you have o'd which is handy when you want to rest from dtd!
Hellohello, I think you can test as early as 4 days before with a frer? Not sure but maybe try Weds/Thursday?
I am going to try and refrain from testing until AF really is late. Not sure my head or heart can deal with another 'bfp' only for AF to show up anyway.
I am experiencing the mother of all periods and was floored by the cramping yesterday, worse than I've ever had. Nice way to ram home the 'not pregnant'!
I've been coping by eating chocolate (obvs) and forming a plan for increasing ewcm next cycle. I'm basically going to drink grapefruit juice until it comes out of my ears.
I have been wondering also, if I did have a chemical pregnancy (I'll never know for sure) does anyone know if this will have an effect on my next cycle or is it basically just business as normal?
