Hi everyone. I'm about to embark on another 2ww (ovulating today) and wondered if there was anyone else out there in the same position who wanted to come along for the ride!

Only cycle 2 TTC #2 but took 13 months last time so crossing everything!!

Morning all. 11dpo bad cramping, temp dip again but I held of testing because I think AF is going to arrive any minute. Cramps are getting quite painful so I imagine she'll make an appearance later........5 days early!

Morning ladies. Had to summon all willpower this morning to not POAS! So my cycle is normally between 28 - 30 days. Today is CD28.... Still constipated (sorry !) and now have AF cramps ..... So really should just wait a couple of days to see if AF arrives .... How long would you hold out for ??!

14 dpo but had a Brown bleed on 7th wondering if I ovulated late. I don't temp so wouldn't know my cycles are.quite long between 30 n 40 days

Brown spotting has got slightly heavier. I have no doubt that AF is coming now.

On the bright side at least I haven't wasted any money on tests this month!!

candy I am sure so close to AF you would get an accurate result if you tested. But I am a POAS maniac so it would probably be more sensible to wait until your period is due or late! Good luck!

Yeah I think you are right rawls , defo AF cramps today .... Actually don't want to POAS as the unknown is better than knowing it's a defo BFN

Whooo congrats to costa and bonbon as well! So lovely to hear of BFPs - helps keep the spirits up!! AF is gone now so I'm in the positive mindset for another try this month!

Candy is that normal for you pre-AF?? Sometimes this can happen and women mistake it for their AF but they are in fact pg. Don't want to raise your hopes too much. As a POAS nutter addict i would be very very very very very tempted to test.

If BFN then I suppose its just a wait and see what the brown mucus is and whether it turns into the hag whore. If she makes no appearance wait a day or so and maybe test again?!!

As you know, brown blood is old blood........so maybe......

Not normal at all. Then again I am starting to doubt my sanity ..... Do I normally have it?! I don't think I do .... OMG this TTC are turning some of us into complete looney tunes!

I feel completely bonkers with it all at the moment. My moods are so up and down and I am constantly visiting the loo to check if AF proper has arrived. I I know that for me brown spotting before AF is completely normal so know deep down that I'm out for this month but there is a tiny part of me that just thinks 'what if'?

Im helping myself by starting to formulate my plan of action for next month - going to buy some more opks and try preseed I reckon. If this is AF then I'm doing what Bobian is and trying to get a positive mindset for next month.

Candy- if brown spotting is not normal for you then it could very well be a positive sign. I have everything crossed for you!

FX Candy! I agree that POAS and getting a BFN can be more soul destroying than AF just arriving (although this, too, is a total bummer!)

Apologies in advance for self indulgent post, but temp dropped further today, still well above cover line but I think AF is def on her way as cramps getting a bit worse. Not due just yet but at 12dpo I'd expect to have higher temps and a positive test. Not wasting anymore tests now, just waiting for her to arrive. Feeling very low. Can't face potentially another 11 months of this :(

Morning mooley , that sucks. I know how you feel. I caved and did a test this morning seeing that AF is meant to be due today... BFN . So now just waiting for AF to arrive now. Just wish she would hurry the right up now because even though it pretty much a no for this month a part of me still hopes that I'm in for a chance

Oh mooley, sorry to hear you are feeling so down. If AF does appear it doesn't mean that because it took over a year last time it will be the same this time. Lots of people I know struggled with their first but got pg relatively quickly with their second.

Candy- I know what you mean about that little glimmer of hope. AF arrived properly for me last night and it was almost a relief, I wasn't as upset as I thought I would be. The uncertainty was killing me and I've been so moody! At least now I can plan for next month.

This whole ttc business is such an emotional roller coaster. The last couple of days have been so emotionally draining. I was so upset and angry with my body when the brown spotting started. I just can't understand how we could have dtd every day on the run up and including the day of Ov and still not be pg! Ttc is such a mindf*ck!

I'm still holding out hope for you mooley and candy.

Will be hanging around and looking forward to seeing those whom AF got on the next tww!

Also no need to apologise for ranting. I plan to use this thread to be as self indulgent and as moany as possible in the coming months. It's the only place we can all truly vent.

Scary I know you are completely right and I have heard loads of women don't struggle the second time around. I have PCOS and although my charts indicate I am in fact ov'ing, like you I can't quite comprehend how, when we had sex the day of ov and the 2 days before ov, we did not catch that egg. I had lovely dark lines on my OPKs and ov pain and everything this month and still nothing, nada. With a 15 day LP i still have a few days, but i think I know in my heart that we did not do it this month.

Lets hope we can all catch that eggy next month, this is the only place that I can rant because although DH is very understanding, he doesn't really get it all and would rather just be informed of a pg or not than all the stuff that goes with it, so you lovely lot are the only people I have to talk to!!

Candy so sorry for the BFN. It truly does suck. With the % of conceiving each month being so low it's a wonder how the human race has survived!!

I think.I'm on a wtf cycle cramping gone.Sept for small twibges n killer back ache! Not like me at all usually crippled by this point. I'd rather.shed come to.start.of a nee.beginning rather than limbo land
