clearblue ovulation monitor....confused :-/

has anyone else used the Clearblue fertility monitor?
i read the booklet and it says on day 6 it will ask for a test, well today is day 6 and it didnt ask for a test?
im so confused,
this is the first time i have used it, am i not doing it right??
any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Did you re-set it if bought second hand? It may be programmed to ask later if not as it's become used to someone else's cycle.

Did you set the M button correctly? Is the monitor saying its day 6, not just your counting.

Those are the only things i can think of! HTH.

i have reset it now, and put it on day 5, so hopefully i will only be one day behind, and hopefully it will still detect a hormone surge,

Yeah you should still detect, it'll just be the day out between your day and it's day, but can't see a reason why it wouldn't work! I'm at the end of cycle two using mine so still getting used to it!
