if no ovulation no sore breasts accord to toni weschler!?

I get sore/heavy breasts about 10 days before AF. Last 2 cycles started at day 13.

My gp says that unlikely that I ovulated this month as my oestrogen levels were too low on day 2. Sore breasts after ovulation is caused by increasing progesterone levels. I have read in Toni Weshlers book, taking charge of your fertiliy' that in an anovulation month should not get sore boobs as no progeserone. I got sore boobs this month as usual albeit at day 13 so what does that mean, did I ovulate and was it earlier than normal

Can anyone explain this. Anyone who knows they don't ovulate regularly at all....do you ever get sore boobs before AF?

sore boobs are a common sign that AF is approaching.

I would like to hear any comments from people who experience this and if any of them also experience annovulation.

I think a couple of women on this board have been told by gp from blood tests they were unlikely to have ovulated that month then found out they were pregnant so gp could be wrong.

i have been diagnosed with an ovualtion disorder that means it is very unlikely i ovulate. i do get tender boobs and sore nipples before my period so not sure about the theory not sure they are as painfull as what others have just sort of an awarness about them. I do have sore boobs mid month as well when i think my body is trying to work. My acupunture said it was built up engery not too sure if this helps you.
